I personally really like transformation stories. The only problem with that is that it's almost impossible to find a decent protagonist in these.
There are 3 tropes I've encountered until now: 1. Ignores everything about the situation. Doesn't mind what happens to the own body.2. Is for 3 sentences concerned, then acts as if everything's just natural.3. Couldn't be happier. Is extremely elated that the stupid human body is gone.
Yet here we have the exception. Nora is a normal schoolgirl who thinks about her situation realizes that there are drawbacks and her former life is over. Her thoughts about the changes and other's reactions are described and like this, her situation is more comprehensible.
The story is mostly slice of life and like this rather slow-paced, yet the summary indicates that something big is going to happen in the future.
The characters all have their own personality and act mostly reasonable.
I couldn't find any greater grammar issues.
All in all, I am very intrigued by this story and glad to read about a transformed character with depth who is more than a proxy for a wish-fulfillment fantasy.
