Especially at the Chunin exam, there is 0 explaining of what is happening. The author takes it as if the reader has just finished the managa/anime chapter of the specific scene. Many times I had to go and read from wiki or something to remember the anime and understand what is happening.

One example is when Ibiki said some rule that scared them and made then leave in the first phase of the exam. The novel was like *Ibiki said the rule* *students start to complain and leave* without even mentioning what the damn rule is. How am I suppose to remember the rule from an anime I watched many years ago? And this didn't happen once or twice.

Something else is when the characters speak or have a conversation

In the later chapters, It's all like:

"example text example text" - Eiji

"example test example text" - Tenten

It's so boring, there is no details at all. I'm reading a novel ffs, there is no pictures or something so there should be something written with the quotes as any other novel.

Some example of a good one is:

(This isn't taken from the novel, just some random thing from me to make an example

"Tenten, I'm back." Eiji said as he met Tenten's gaze with a smile. "See? I'm not too late.")

There is almost no details of the enviroment or the characters appearance. Of the characters maybe the MC and his parents, and the fMC perhaps. Nothing more.

There is also that gangs thing which was annoying and with no goal.

So the point is, overall the writing is very poor. I'm only giving it 2 Stars because I did enjoy it for a little bit.

I don't recommend it. Don't read it. Thanks for reading my review.

A very well done fanfic in a japanese writing style with a world-based realistic OC who shows the other characters in the Naruto Series in a new light.

Realism in an anime world for the win!

Sadly it has seemingly been dropped. But the parts that are there are still worth the read!

Beware, do not read this with your brain or else you will be angry at how stupid the MC is. Seriously, this fic needs you not to use your brain in order not to have stress.

Well yes, our MC, Eiji Nakamura is a mob and a stupid one at that. But surprisingly he can become strong but still stupid.
