Definitely one of the best Naruto fanfics out there, I'll say it's surely in top 10. Grammar and spellings are fine, pacing is good, writing is well understandable, plot is great and overall it's pretty good. And a lot of logic and common sense, not to mention, since many fanfics don't have them. It's a good read.

Grammar & Spelling: No issues I noticed, it reads smoothly and consistently with nothing to detract from immersion.
Characters: The characters in this story are top tier. Without spoiling the story, they act like real people with their own motivations, personalities, desires and reasoning abilities. This is an AU setting so the world is also fleshed out with original characters that feel like they had thought put into making them rather than being just names with a personality quirk as their entire existence. A good example of this is the Hokage acting like an intelligent and reasonable leader, rather than just trusting a suspicious kid and giving him a bunch of money without care or consideration.
Plot: Again, top tier. An AU setting, don't want to spoil anything but there's a mysterious organization involved with an interest in people like the MC. So far he is learning in the Academy and the author does a good job of not just handing him everything, he started off with a boost due to training and a quirk of his transmigration but he's already starting to fall behind the clan kids and is looking into ways to up his game.
Altogether, good spelling and grammar make this easy to read while great characters and great story make it fun to read. There's hints of more behind the scenes and the characters around the MC are their own people with above room temperature IQ, not just mindless set dressing there to make the MC look good. The fact that the MC is putting in hard work to get stronger and this is shown instead of just glossed over to justify a power boost is great.
