Lucien transmigrates into a nameless world and is rescued by the villagers, who are plagued by constant assaults from monsters that attack their crops and kill those who venture out to hunt for food.

Lucien, possessing some strength, is recruited by the person who saved him. However, in the process, he inadvertently attracts the attention of a few individuals who are in need of help. Due to the rampant monsters, their lives have been turned upside down. Now, it is up to Lucien to restore balance both within the village and in the hunt for food outside.
