Absolutely great series and fun to read. With the ups and downs expected from game-based stories, Unice5656 keeps things interesting with some unconventional perks and easter eggs.

A nice balance is found between progress within the game and progress between the cast, without any single subplot overshadowing the rest of the story.

Quality of writing is extremely high, flowing and promises not to stall at the worst of moments making it easy to get stuck in and lose track of time. Make sure to keep your eye on the time or you may find that hours have passed before you know it.

(To preface, I originally thought the author was writing the comments, but at this point, it's apparent that its an editor or narrator of some sort.  Either way, it's disruptive and unnecessary, detracting from the quality of the story heavily. The author is good at writing, everything being self-evident without the narrator's unnecessary quips ruining the story. The only good parts are when the author doesn't allow the comments during angel boy's pov. Even though the narrator makes sure to complain about it after every section. It's like the text equivalent of someone that likes the sound of their own voice. )

I love the story.  It's very sweet and its obvious the author has put thought into all the characters they have created.

I somewhat disagree with the previous review. While the writing quality is great, and its a very good plot that has a lot of heart put in it, the flow is broken often almost ever other sentence. The narrator keeps putting in asides and comments to talk to the reader that interrupts the flow of the story. They are constantly pointing out every tiny reference to everything. From Pokemon moves to monsters from maple story. Honestly, you shouldn't need to point out or explain every little thing because a: its better for those that get it. And b: if you have to explain and interrupt the flow of the story then you are ruining the story. At the very least put them at the end.

If they took out basically all of their 4th wall narration comments then their writing is actually good.

Aside from the annoying comments that are constantly breaking immersion, the story is enjoyable so far. I would recommend reading it if you don't mind the constant breaking of immersion.

Oh also as of some of the recent chapters narrator is butting in less so  the quality has gone up.
