Gods are, generally speaking, not fans of directly putting their fingers on the scale. This is for a variety of reasons, ranging from cautioun to amusement, but is generally because after a few hundred millennia and enough prayers to fill a hollow Earth, you're bound to learn the art of delegation. Luckily, among the unwashed masses, there exist the exceptional, the gifted, those with the potential to become Heroes.
Useful pawns.
Thus, the Gods adopted a more laissez-faire policy.
Quasi Eludo has been a Hero. He did the whole "save the world” rigmarole, came home, and mulled over his magical journey. It was amazing! A whole lifetime as the destined savior, with magic and monsters, love and adventure, lifelong friendships and heartfelt goodbyes. There was so much, and yet, gone so soon.
It wasn’t enough. It was never enough. He wanted to do it again. And where wants coincide, there's a market, so he sold his services to the lazy, wanton Gods.

Quasi Eludo, Hero for Hire. [No world too big, no quest too small]
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
Now, after countless subjective centuries of Hero-ing, and several awkward conversations with the IRS, an odd God has come to Quasi with a unique request: Destroy a world, minimum payment of several million dollars on completion.
Quasi sees no reason not to accept.
*$50,000 USD minimum charge plus expenses for all fetch quests. Extermination requests subject to environmental review.
Parental Warning: Contains descriptions of nudity and lizard sex. No eldritch abominations were molested in the writing of this novel.
All characters are fictional. Any resemblance to actual Gods, Deities, or Discord server members is purely coincidental regardless of how accurately they are described.
Really, the story by itself deserved a five, so I’ll keep reading, but with all these errors I can not, in good conscience, give it more than one.

I am really bad at writing reviews so I will keep this as short as possible.
I have read a ton of different novels, and Inexorable Chaos is one of the very few to have the perfect balance of: a healthy dose of comedy and weirdness, an outrageous but easy to follow plot, OP characters and quirky side characters.
This novel offers great variety in its storytelling compared to a lot of other novels I've read. It is very enjoyable, as long as you can power through the many POV-switches at the beginning.
I rate this 5/5

In many ways, I'm glad I didn't pick this up sooner.
The first major arc of the story is wonderful, but it lasts a long, long time. By the time it ended, there simply wasn't much left to read, and boy did I want to read more of the next part. I can't imagine having picked this up when there was nothing but the dungeon. It probably would have felt like the story took ages to actually get anywhere, despite so much happening, and the occasional glimpse of the world outside.
On the other hand, I also feel like there wasn't enough to the first arc, either. As much as I was ready for the story to move on, to expand into the broader world, I still want more of that first dungeon. It was great, and there's so much more that could have been told of that time period. What happened to the dwarven ship? How did the floors interact during those last two years? How did Quasi grow, and his classes develop? (Though, I do like the bit of mystery there).
It's an odd mixture of feelings.
Still, the second arc has been a lot of fun so far, too, and I can't wait to read more of it!

I'm done this is no longer a 'comedy book but a Crack story thar ruined the flow with an unneeded 2 year time skip that changed both the characters of Jessica and Quasi to the point I can't stand anymore. Quasi is literally at foot stool for Jessica who is not even close to be a favorite character. This story shouldn't have done a time skip if you aren't going to explain any of what happened.

The POV changes after 20-30 chapters of following the MC really detract from the story of this book. The side characters that the author sets up are interesting, but they happen so seldom and out of nowhere that it is a struggle to remember what is happening.
The plot is interesting and the characters are well thought out. Quasi is a great MC and is enjoyable to read even 250 chapters later. The mystery of what (and how) he plans to do next is something I look forward to. Doors beware!
If there is one thing that could make this book better is if the author actually used the glossary. I'll be honest, jumping to a character that hasn't been mentioned in 5-6 months really ruins the experience when you can't remember who and what they are up to.

I am really enjoying the story. Chaos is in the title, and chaos is exactly what you get. But it works so well because of the humour and general glee of the main character. This is an MC who is clearly going places and you can be sure he'll make a memorable entrance every single time!
That said, the writing style is not for the faint of heart. Many side characters appear. Most then do something and disappear again as the story passes through. I like it personally since it adds to the vibe of chaos and general mayhem, but as a result it definitely reads best in one extended sitting rather than trying to follow chapter by chapter - which doesn't suit the Scribble Hub medium so well.
My only criticism is that it's sometimes a bit difficult to tell what/who/when in chapters about minor characters. You can normally figure it out quickly enough, but some time/date stamps and some more explanation for a minor character's role when introducing them would help the reader.

Pretty good, the POV Changes are pretty damn annoying and some of the POVs of other heroes (like Franky's) are damn boring and before long I just skipped all his parts. I agree with some of the other people in the review section, the POVs of other characters should have their own side chapters. It makes the story less confusing and easier to skip.
Some parts are also extremely long and provide no real context. The Centaur part where the dude tells his story, can you guess how much of that I read? 20%. I skipped the rest because I'm not making myself read through all that. Besides this issue, the fic is pretty good with a likable Anti-Hero MC.

This novel is a very fun read. The characters and their interactions are unique. Though the changes in point of view are very annoying, you can easily skip them. &Nbsp; The novel has solid world logic and no discernible plot holes. And side characters have their own personality.
