Synopsis

An edgy college kid with delusions of being a hacker meets a closeted trans girl online, and as a joke, decides to encourage her to transition. This story is ridiculous, and absolutely delightful. Being trans to troll someone and not understanding is so ridiculous. And I'm so excited to see where this goes.

Edit 1: This story just keeps introducing more fun twists and turns for Grickett to deal with that just makes it so exciting whenever a new chapter comes out. Rooibos' writing is great and I can't wait to see more of her writing.

I came back to review this cause this story is what finally broke my eggshell, after 5 months of binging trans fiction.  The main character was way too relatable for me.

After one of the chapters I yelled IRL "Just figure out you are a girl already!", which triggered just enough introspection for me to follow it up with a quiet "oh... OH... f**k."

Anyways I love the story and it will always be important to me.

This is easily one of my favorite stories on this site so far! The premise is really great and it manages to be hilarious, adorable, and really relatable all at once. ≪3

at times hilarious, at others heartfelt, this story is everything I could ever ask for from a realistic fiction piece about someone slowly realizing that they make a much better cutie than they do a meanie

if you like trans fiction, this is some of the best there is

edit: it got even better.  folks, im not sure if this story will ever be topped.

I can not recommend this story enough. The writing is clean, well executed, funny, and gay as all hell.

If I could, I would buy a physical copy of this book.

Please read this. I am confident you won't regret it.

    This is an amazing story

It's funny and so heartfelt, it's got tons of ups and downs that feel so real. Sometimes you just want to scream at the charcters for how dumb they're being, and I mean that in the best way possible. It's so sweet and cute.

At this point I'm just rambling, but this story deserves all the praise that I have to offer.

A fun, amusing, cute, and above all- incredibly gay story. Rooibos_chai has crafted a very compelling story of redemption heroism and love, and ties it off with a nice big polyamorous ribbon. This story is one of my favorites on the website, and I would highly recommend any potential readers give it a try.

Very cute, very adorable. A few cringy moments, or where I had to look away in empathic embarrassment, but all in all? Very cute and filled with very, very dense eggs who you can't help but want to cheer on. And grab and shake. Often at the same time.

The protagonist is a delightful little trash goblin of an egg, and I wish we saw more of those!
