If you were looking for an m.c that is relatable this isn't it.
Aside from the plot holes, the m.c has forgotten who they were. This isn't a person from Earth who the audience can relate to in any fashion.
From the looks of it, the author just didn't want to deal with the m.c's past connection and decided to just make him "forget" conveniently. It's so cliche and overused. Every reincarnated and new family dies trope is the same. Just killing off characters to make it easier to write, but it's even worse here that the m.c "forgets" it's such a lazy way to write out other characters with no regard for how a person in that situation would actually behave or the sense of disbelief it causes in the readers. I'm sure this will be entertaining for what the author desires it to be, however any connection the reader may feel with the m.c is dead in arrival.
