When my curiosity got the better of me in the afterlife, I ended up reincarnating with several things I wasn't supposed to have, like my memories. But I got a second chance at life, and I wasn't going to waste it. Making a nice home in a dungeon, adopting an abandoned girl as my little sister, for someone who died alone, poor, and full of stress, I had everything I wanted and all the stuff I hated were gone.
But while my back was turned, immigrants and refuges?! Land management and negotiations?! Why are you making a country in my backyard?! And everyone wants me to be the leader?! And while I desperately tried to get peace and happiness to my new life, now someone wants my admin powers?!
this novel started great but it goes downhill between 30+ chapters the MC is a weak minded fool and a bit unrealistic. The romance came out of nowhere its feels forced. I dont get it how is this novel highly rated.

quick disclaimer there will be spoilers
first of all it's pretty good up until the MC 1st big town like around chapter 30 BUT then the MC just becomes a wet napkin that suddenly hides at anyone looking at her face and apparently has no boundaries as she is nearly molested like twice and her first reaction is "huh whaat are they doing????" like its not the third time this is happening, and this is after living in a dungeon for 2 years killing monsters. The MC flip flops between badass monster killer and innocent girl really hard, and she starts doing it really suddenly. Also 90% of the side characters are just made to make the MC feel uncomfortable, like they all stare at her face or call her kid, I think the only one who doesn't (at least by chapter 35) is the old lady at the orphanage. Okay sorry for ranting
the grammar is good and the story is interesting enough, but the fact that the MC switches personalities suddenly and the fact the all the side characters are bland ruined it for me so 3/5 stars. I want to like it but I can't

I've read up to chapter 172. A lot of the comments say it is pretty bad. I disagree. It has a lot of buildup, level grinding which you can expect. But later on it turns into like a family building/nation building, "and not the bad kind of nation building." I do enjoy these chapters. From the challenges the main character has I assume that the MC will have a clash with the church. Should be exciting!!!
Spoilers Please don't Read if you are not yet to chapter 159!
This is an amazing work of art. I was skeptical of the beginning, but I'm truly surprised how great this story is. Please make her bring the children of the orphanage and the inhabitants of the village to the dungeon. The house has enough space and if there isn't enough it would be okay for them to stay at Edgewood. I wonder how the Dhampir children will like it. Looks like Scarlet is growing her followers. She will finally be the elder of some vampires, or sort of since they are half-vampires.

A novel that has a good build-up in MC and the characters

Pure fluff. No complicated end-of-the-world scenario, no time limit, no pressure at all. An absolute gem for those seeking a bit of warmth.

Started out pretty good. The problem for me came when the MC started to interact with other people. That's when I realized she was a generic doormat MC. The type that let's everyone walk all over her. The second some supporting character requests something of her, you know it'll be done because it's impossible for this type of MC to say no. MCs like this don't really have any purpose. They just exist to do what other characters tell them to. Very bland. Also the type that tries to befriend people who try to kill her. In my opinion, MCs like this go past soft into the realm of stupid.

10/10 The book is good. It's actually really good especially for an original story. I love it when people do over powered protagonist but don't focus on the fighting. I mean the foreshadowing in the book is well layed out and practiced. You also had a Monty Python reference which all gold books need. It is a perfect cute and lovable slice of life. Also it so far is all originally written by you. I have practice find ai writing and there is next to none or none of it in this book. Which just makes me even more impressed, considering how many people use ai to write for them.

It started out pretty well actually, but at some point it started changing from the reasons why I started reading it to begin with.
The premise itself was quite interesting and there were plenty of things to work with but it felt kind of rushed in some aspects. Like when a new companion character is introduced randomly and such.
Or like when Alicia was brought back, I really felt like that happened way too soon. And rather randomly, it would have been some kind of emotional high point where they reunite but Scarlet just manages to use her super OP powers to bring her back while doing an escort quest in her free time. And then deus ex machina the monster they just happen to need with the skill they happened to need just happens to be nearby. I just really felt like this point could've been delayed a bit until the MC really had some character development, I mean it literally happened around after the time they were being treated like a doormat. Like she was literally going to a city with a dungeon in it, it could've been used to make up a lot more plot points than just some super weak villain character that's not very likeable. And even when Scarlet was telling her stories she was like "Oh nothing really important happened while you were gone" when it could've been something like an end of an arc where she goes, "I have a lot to tell you about" or something like that. Just feels like there were a lot of missed opportunities for this.
Overall its not a bad story but it's more of a casual read than anything else but I do enjoy the story so far even if its not quite what I expected.

The writing is mostly good like 4.5 stars the world and main plot 5 stars. But the "tence" fights are so overly broken and poorly done that I almost rage quit this story multiple times. The author to make the over powered MC's fights more dificalt they just ignore their intier story so far and make the MC fight like a sack of potatoes.
The MC is a speed magic cater but menny times she just stands there only casting untill its too late. Or she freezes up like she hasn't been in life or death battles for over three years... Or she gets cut on the leg and has her speed drastically reduced (ok good writing) but then shortly there after her opponent looses an entire leg and arm but doesn't slow them down at all ps their the same species so with only a 30lvl gap.....
