Synopsis

How will the person who, in her previous world was known as the Goddess of Ice, deal with the world of Naruto?
This story will loosely follow canon and will focus on how a powerful, wise, and slightly insane person will affect the story and its characters. Slightly AU

Release schedule: 1 Chapter/day
I am currently releasing this fanfic only on scribblehub.com and webnovel.com. If you are reading this elsewhere, it was not released by me.

The early chapters had some writing and grammar mistakes, so I went over them a second time, which should have fixed most of the mistakes.

The cover was commissioned by me and was created by Liilica on fiverr

      I'll start of by saying I'm personally not into/don't get cultivation settings so I might be a little biased.

      I'm plenty of chapters in (around 300) but all I'm getting is 18+ scenes. I've been trying to stick to the novel as much as I can but I think this is as far as I go.

      I enjoyed seeing Naruto from a new perspective, and the characters have mostly been top notch, looking at you Hiruzen. Yuna is a little too op for my liking as well, there's no sense of tension as we as the reader know she'll just end everything in one hit. (

      Spoiler

      she literally hit the strongest charector with a cake as a joke before the akatsuki arc, naruto timeline-wise

      [collapse]
      )

      My criticism comes mostly from the authors focusing on the "plot" and not the actual plot line with the author actually having to insert a random timeskip just so yuna could bang, speaking of which Yuna is a 1000+ year old who immediately targets a 12 year old hinata?

      we keep getting cultivation settings thrown in at random places which is quite confusing for a non cultivation pleb like me (cultivation of cheese dao lol).

      Personally I would have liked to have just seen a universal in which naruto simply had a twin sister, no need for anything special, add a reinactor if you want just don't make them overly op like yuna.

      Overall

      Story 4/10

      Charectors 6/10

      Absolutely great. Great characters, great story, great execution. I recommend this for anyone who is tired of the typical isekai where the MC is bland as can be and a story to match with him. This is anything but bland. Each arc is exciting to read and has had epic twists on the old Naruto storyline. Yuna, our protagonist (?), is well developed as a character, from relatively realistic choices and views on the world, with enough insanity to keep her interesting no matter what she's doing. The side characters are vastly different from the Original story making each interaction unique. They are also well written with storylines of their own and help expand the plot beyond just what Yuna does.

      So far a fun and cute fanfic I'd rate it 4.5 since it's good but nothing ground breaking but still quit enjoyable

      So to preface I really, really tried to give this a shot. It’s at the top of girls love, surely it must have some quality right? Wrong. It’s incredibly generic as fanfic goes. Instead of doing a lot of it’s own plot, as others have said it’s essentially Naruto but somehow made even more generic and even a bit more s*xist. &Nbsp;

      It’s made worse, in my opinion by how utterly unlikeable the main character is. First off, she’s deeply emotionally manipulative even toward her own family, even teaching them to do it to each other and strangers as ‘jokes’. Next, our heroine is a bit too competent. She should be given her past life, but there are many, many times where it breaks from believability how she’s able to succeed and manipulate others so effortlessly. And finally, she’s just kind of nigh psychopathic the way she looks at the world. To her it’s not full of real people but things like ants and side characters etc. Theres also her lack of genuine compassion outside of very specific circumstances. &Nbsp;

      But the parts that bothered me the most was the writing. Not only does the main character drop the r slur casually (yes, r*tard is a slur). This wouldn’t be an issue if it was treated with tact, or shown in a different light but in this case is almost treated as comedic the way she has used them. Next is just the prose itself, while being mostly functional it’s incredibly clunky. There are some very odd overused descriptors, weird dialogue choices and the odd choice to include coughs and laughs into the dialogue. &Nbsp;

      Overall my biggest gripe for this story that is under the girls love tag doesn’t really feel like girls love? Yes the main character is attracted to having a harem of women, but our main character never actually says she’s a lesbian. It might sound like a weird gripe, but girls love is kind of inherently a very gay genre lol. It feels odd that it’s not ever really properly brought up. Even more so it oddly seems utterly averse to addressing ANY topic tangentially related to queerness. So, if you want that in your girls love stay away.

      Alright.

      First. I need to apologize.

      I assumed I had already written a review, but I had not.

      That's my bad.

      Anyway. Good sh*t. Like really really good. It respects the source material (naruto) while also putting a spin on it.

      (Spoilers ahead)

      For example, in this universe, Hinata is kicked out and Danzo is more actively trying to get control of Naruto and his sister. This makes sense; there is no reason that everything should go the exact same as it did originally, after all, the addition of one person, much less a jinchuuriki would change a lot.

      Furthermore, Yuna was a goddess in her last life, thus it makes sense that she'd be smart as hell. However, that past life isn't abused to make her OP in the womb; all she's able to do is cultivate her soul, which it is explicitly stated is fine for her to do. Now, we get to the meat of the thing: cultivating in her new world. She currently cannot do that because Kurama's chakra is tainted by all sorts of hatred which would screw her over should she try to cultivate right now. For anyone whose ever read cultivation novels, that makes sense. After all, it must be assumed that Naruto's, and by extension Yuna's chakra is heavily tied to Kurama's. If memory serves correctly, in Naruto itself it's even stated that part of the reason Naruto has such a ret*rded amount of chakra is because over time a bunch of Kurama's has bled over into him increasing his own reserve. Given how cultivation usually works, I would not be surprised if cultivating hatred-filled chakra is bad.

      But I digress, this sh*t is good and everyone should read it.

      To anyone who found the 3rd Hokage boring or bland be prepared to have him be your favorite supporting character.  Maerry somehow makes him constantly funny and even on my 3rd reread I still find him funny

      I’m not a huge fan of fanfics normally because it’s usually not done properly, however this story is done to perfection in my opinion. The character development, the plot and setting all fits perfectly with the twist of the main character. You can tell some serious thought has gone into it. There are also regular uploads. There as some minor spelling mistakes and errors but unless you’re actively looking for them, you’ll just read over them and not realize. 5/5, very well done and I can’t wait for more in the future.

      Status: author note + a little rant

      A very good and well written story, the author manages to take the story of Naruto with its exence and add its own elements around its original characters, without spoiling or changing much the personality or customs that the characters of the original work have. Of course, that's to say the characters grow their personalities logically and linearly when they get involved with a chunibyou immortal goddess cultivator grandmother named Yuna.

      I came looking for copper, and I found gold.

      The story flow feels natural, the MC doesn't originate from any naruto or (us) reader's world, so the MC goes in blind but not without any foundation.

      As someone who never watched or read Naruto, I still found this story quite funny and enjoyable. So even if you haven't watched or read Naruto like me I would still recommend giving this story a try.
