Honestly there isn't much to say about this story... People should leave more reviews, and more honest reviews on this platform.
The plot was ok I guess? Very forced though.
Grammar wasn't bad really.
World building was non existent.
Character's are really where the story takes a hit, as every character seems like the MC. They lack emotion and individuality. Plus the dialog all seems like the same person talking.
The style's not great either, read if you're bored I guess? I couldn't really recommend it to my friends though.
The Author seems like they know mostly what they're doing, but needs to iron out characters more. (Give them distinct personalities etc.) Plus have a valid beginning, middle, and end plotted out for the the story.
Filler comes after the stories composition.
P.P.S. Don't try to wing all the tags (34 really?), if they aren't present just remove them. No reason to over complicate a story, just to cater to as many people as possible.
As of chapter 114 the polygamy tag and the incest tag are irrelevant and the gender bender tag is rather relevant.
The story has a lot of odd characteristics. The progression of characters and story isn't very smooth. All the characters are unnaturally obsessed with the MC who in turn is an unstable and unpredictable character. This is weird given the MC is depicted as a largely unfeeling emotionless individual who is always calm and supposed to make rational decisions. But in many ways he is the most emotional and irrational character in the story. He has a tendency to leap into things, to skip planning, to sometimes care and other times not care at all, to fixedly keep to odd thought processes, and to kill people even when there's no benefit at all. A main character who is hard to comprehend or even understand is hard to care for.
There's not a single character of note within the story who is the slightest bit normal. Each has some extreme background, some extreme desires or thought processes, or just does something extreme. (Kidnapped children, human sacrifices, human experimentation, possession, murder, rape, betrayal, incest, cannibalism, self mutilation, torture, combinations and more...) The whole story just seems so far out there and has no grounding factors at all. There's literally no bottom line for surprises. The characters could all be wiped out by a mass suicide ritual in the next few chapters and it wouldn't even feel out of place. It already feels like plot armour that anyone is still alive with how radical the power curve of beings participating within the story are.
Of particular annoyance to me there's only three other guys of note within the story besides the MC, one is an older guy who likes to have s*x with his patients/experiments, the other two are gays who are obsessed with the MC. One of which has cut off his d*ck in some effort to prove himself to the MC and the other has transformed himself into a woman while trying to transform himself into the MC. I've never read a story where the men of note were so friggin extreme.
If you're here for some fetish, some taboo smut, or just some good old romance, look elsewhere. This story so far has none of that. It comes across as a grind to the top story first and foremost, but with characters that are as irregular as possible. The MC is cold and unstable, and most of the other characters are psychotic in one way or another for one reason or another.
It sounds like the author tried to make this story darker with more gritty realism in the rewrite. I don't know what the previous version was like but this one doesn't succeed at that. Instead of dark, real and gritty with depth, we get Edgelord 9000's psychedelic crusade against reality with his band from the actual mental facility.
For all that though, I think I would have liked the original, or at least a more relatable and less extreme version of what there is now.
All in all an incredible underrated novel, the writing can feel edgy at times but is honestly really good, the themes underneath are well put together, the characters are charming on their own ways, really hope it's not dropped or otherwise
This is a power fantasy, yes, MC stronk and has cheats.
Regardless you should read this for the well done world, the characters, the interactions... normally I would be put off by how fast-paced this story is with so little time for events to settle but it fits the quasi-sane vibe of the story so well I never noticed.
American Psycho, but with magic, and it isn't all a dream, and I love it.
An amazing novel, definitely one of the best on this site. It's not perfect, there are some things that I don't like, like a medium-short period of OPness. The grammar is good. An interesting and well done protagonist, a plot not similar to the others. His system is more like a simple sheet with his data to see his progress more than anything else. It has a couple of strong functions obviously, but they are not what makes the protagonist strong. The yandere is a bit too slow for my tastes but it fit well with the pace of the story. The s*x is a very minute per of this story, although I think that will probably change in the future 60 chapters. I didn't encounter the same problems that Magico (the three star reviewer) wrote, the one about the shallowness of the characters, at all. But I concur with the few description about the world building.
Best piece of fiction I have read in years. I mean goddamn there was a pit in my stomach when I realized the next button wasnt doing anything. Anyways really looking forward to a rewrite or continuation for this shii was peak.
PS- Lucy was crazy and hot and rainee was a perfect character really loved the interactions between the MC and her.
speaking of which the characters were fire especiaally the mc

When time comes we are born.
With time we learn new words, we grow.
Over time, we fall in love and give new life.
However, when our time is up we die.
