Arimane Blade was a living legend. He had been granted many names. They were not all bright. Some hailed him as a messiah, others slandered him as the Devil. A man that was feared by all even as a simple mortal.
One day like any other, decades after his retirement, an old god informed him that he had been killed by mistake and offered him a chance to start a new life with a younger body. Where? A place where fantasies are reality and where everything is possible.
This is where the story of the most legendary human started. People couldn't find a name for such a controversial being. Instead, they began to call him by his first and most fitting title: 'The Kind Demon'
Its a rinse and repeat type of novel. If the execution of the plot was different and unique I wouldve given 4 or 5 stars.
The idea is good. It has enough twists to make it interesting. The only poblem is the "get stronger and win" style is painstakingly used over and over again.
Personally though. I like the flashback arc the best and it carried the whole novel by itself. If there wasnt any flashback arc.. I wouldve dropped this and rated it 1 star.

Long story short, a novel you won't regret reading.
The beginning (the first 80 or so chapters) is a bit awkward but it gets a lot better later on.

Excellent story with an excellent ending. It's definitely worth the time to read.

TLDR: The power system is intelligently written, worldbuilding is decent, but the characters are 1-2 dimensional, the plot is okay (I think?), and the MC is like Li Qiye.
Power system: I really like the power system, though I'd hope the author made it simpler, since I get confuse a few times on the explanations. And I'd like to lengthen the process of the MC getting stronger, since I feel like the author is giving the MC every powerup he needs/want, and the MC feels like a sh*tty CH/JP overpowered MC.
Characters: For me the characters are kinda subpar at best, the characters feel like they're there for the MC/author to feel good about himself, to make him the grimdark badass he is. I really wanna elaborate on why I feel the characters are subpar but I feel like my brain might explode (and I haven't read this in awhile so I'll prob mess things up a bit).
Plot: Don't really know since I haven't read this in awhile, though I remember don't really liking it. I'll edit this once I've reread the novel, though I doubt I will.
Worldbuilding: I like the worldbuilding since it feels like I'm in a fantasy world, though there are a few things that disrupted my immersion, as for what are the things that disrupted my immersions? Don't know, since haven't read in awhile.
So here ends my review if you can call it a review. If you like this novel I'd suggest reading: Emperor's Domination, Isaac.

Very good, the MC is OP and not dumb (so hard to find)
The story goes well and the plot is interesting.
The author usually release once week but a few chapters at once, which I find better than one chapter each 2 days or so...
I like the characters a lot too, they each have an attaching side xD

It's a simple story, with a simple goal. If you enjoy self insert power fantasy this will scratch your itch very well, I would argue the best on the site for that audience. 5/5
