Ophelia's Past: During Ophelia's past lives he always died suddenly with very specific symptoms of an unknown disease. Ophelia suspects he was poisoned by Terrel Wharton.

Terrel Wharton is a self-centered man that loves beautiful things. He hates "ruined goods" (women that have already been used or that have any scars) and has deflowered several women for his own pleasure.
He is obsessed with Ophelia's beauty and her unique dark hair.
Terrel is also a greedy man, he wishes to have more power than he deserves.
Ophelia's Past: During Ophelia's past lifes Terrel would always abuse her and rape her, beating her up from her neck down. Whenever she tried to escape, he would find her and trap her again.
After the sudden death of Duke Wharton, his younger siblings also disappeared. Ophelia thinks he was the one behind it.

Some years after, he managed to run to Ashin, the capital of the Kingdom, and found Luana. He immediately fell in love with her determination and charisma.

2000 years ago: The citizens were facing a harsh crisis and thus, Jonathan Piece was crowned.
1700 years ago: A military revolution occured due to the unceasing attacks from other countries. The Arion's dynasty started.
1356 years ago: A harsh climate change affected Ashen's terrain and thus, the commoners revolted and placed the Virden's lineage on the throne. They have been in charge of the Kingdom ever since.
*Every time a new king, from a new lineage is crowned, the documents regarding the previous Era are disposed of and the calendar returns to year zero.

*There are exceptions to this rule: a commoner can be recommended by an influential person and pay for their studies (they can also be supported by a patron) or they can apply for one of the few scholarships the academy has to offer.
- Help the ones that are being mistreated no matter their ranking. They are the "heroes" of the poor. They never stay in one place for long and always leave an "N" in the body of their victims.
