There are 3 districts in tempest.

The 1st district is the marketplace 60,000 stands with one person selling goods.

The 2nd district is where the natives live and it has 100,000 people  there.

While the 3rd district has  50,000 people , 15,001 are demons, 15,000 are immigrants the remaining amount are natives that mingled with them cause their views are different from the one's don't outsiders interbreed with them.

Ture hero's have 10 times the mana than before.

Any being can evolve to being  a true hero by not killing unless attacked or protecting people from an attack.

True hero's can fall from grace and become a demonlord.

Demon Lords have 10 times the mana than beforehand.

They are extremely dangerous to 60% of the population when their mana exceed human boundaries.

There are currently 13 demon lords , 8 from another world  5 being born locally.
