Synopsis

In a world many years ahead of ours, a technology which moves a person's soul is introduced. Then, using their technology, Xyvarc Corporation creates a game called 'Tethralin', moving players' souls into this game.

Zeryn Felix finally makes it to the 20th floor, but gets betrayed by his teammates. He started with five lives, yet now only has one. Due to frustration and an impulsive decision, he places his difficulty on 'Hardcore', and throws all his attributes into Luck—just to find out it may be more than he could afford to handle, but then he gets an ability that lets him 'learn things'.

Can someone truly rely on luck to survive on their last life—or will his impulsive decision lead to his downfall? Why does Hardcore seem so different than Easy and Normal? What does Luck really even do? Zeryn sets out to find answers while trying to survive—to see what completing this game offers.

I'm a person who really doesn't give a review but this story here deserve it. The protagonist, zeryn is a person who is betrayed by his gang because he used an easy mode in this some kind of virtual reality game while other use hard mode. Not only that but the life that are provided he have use all but one and with that one last life he use it to enter hardcore mode and in this game if you lose all live you really die. This is the start of his so unlucky but lucky journey (seriously he put all point in his luck albeit kind of forcefully by the system). The protagonist are not someone with good strength, not quite brilliant like some other protagonist (what did they eat to get that kind of smart) and not brave too but he tried and how he tried feel more real to me because if I'm in his situation I'm gonna think and be like him because I'm just normal human with normal brain. He gradually getting stronger and getting more good in controlling his situation. There also no loli (bless you author) no romance yet (I hope no) and especially no harem. Because truthfully this story really focus how to survive and get out of the game. Not to mention in hardcore mode it seem like he transported to the real world instead of game. Try to read it and you will understand how a normal human play virtual game in hardcore mode with luck attribute.

Great story. &Nbsp;    The author does a great job at showing the progression of the MC. The MC isn't dumb, learning to survive and evolve with every new item and ability he gets along the way. Even if he gets dependent on the first item he gets, he still strives to develop further, to diversify his options in combat, to not get overdependent on some relatively op gear. Love the combining ability of the ability's and the way the MC utilyses them.     So far I really love the way the story is heading and I am really grateful to the author for writing this and taking the time to actively respond to questions in the comments.     Overall a great story. No harem (thank god no dumb MC that f**ks things up for some stupid love). I recommend this to all the LitRPG fans.

First of all. I want to apologise if my English is bad. And if you find spoiler. Please consider it as a bonus

In this novel you will find some suprise, which I will say you will rarely find on another novel. Of course I still considering on the common sense. Like a mild Game of thrones.

So far so good. The MC not too much OP and not blindly reject all help on focus on him self.

    Hidden gem ?

25 chapters is usually a bit early to leave a review. However there has been sufficient progress in the story to make some judgements.

The MC is someone who has been burned by his interactions with other players in the game. As such his interactions with other people are filled with suspicion and isolation. This leaves us with little room for character development, except for his stepwise discovery of parts of the game he hadn't met before. He's someone open to making deals instead of blindly killing everyone.A pragmatic.

The scene descriptions are fine, as more things are killed, things are skipped over, though a bit too many details are skipped in my opinion. Not perfect, but certainly a solid read if you're looking for something to full the time.
