1- The novel being written from the first perspective view coupled with our MC which to say the least is cringe is so horrible. We get no real compelling backstory fro our MC besides dead family, Cancer patient and the intelligence of an amoeba is too much;

2- The world building is like nonexistent just the father's of those poor victims of the classic - going to the store for milk jokes. The family of the MC is one of the elites of Unova which to be fair is a nice setting but in this case we don't get any meaningful interaction or learn about how influential they really are, all it comes down to is name drops, introducing powers and history of the family only for the sake of new Pokémon or OP abilities without exploring anything. This also leads to illogical interaction of players in this story, for example you expect if an elite family that it also related to the champion is widely recognised and let's say in case of misfortune alot of people will be concerned;

So pretty much the family is the enemy of a version of Ghetsis that's like one of those teens running around with their so called gang, and he pretty much bombs our MC's house killing almost everyone. Now here is the sewage of this part the MC, remember the young master of a famous and powerful family is taken to jail by the police because of they couldn't identify him and they were scared he was a Ditto, and to top it all off the region isn't going crazy even after like the elite of unova got massacred. This garbage leads to another mess lmfao, because the police decide to identify him with a gengar but guess what the MC has another OP power to mutate ghost Pokémon and the Gengar starts sucking his blood which then he gets detained and sent to some scientists that decide to brainwash our MC into letting him stay in Unova for science, but hey no one is that concerned. This is one of the most bs things this novel came up with

4- This novel is pretty much written through polls of the users and there is no clear path and goals for it. This leads to extremely short chapters that are no way near enough to explore and flesh out the story and it's disappointing.

In conclusion I personally wouldn't recommend this novel to anyone and no hate to the author but this story really needed for it to be completely scrapped and started all over again, and am glad you decided to remake it.
