Also known as Adetta, formerly known as Mary. A Reincarnator, the main protagonist of the story and the original villainess of the game.
Original Adelia was an abhorrent person with no redeeming qualities; selfish, cruel, and egomaniacal. Current Adetta is an introvert with realistic outlook on life and a mean streak, but nevertheless kind and loyal when the situation calls for it. She's significantly more mature than people her physical age, but she fully uses her second childhood to act much more childish than she could before her first death.
She's increasingly proficient with her magic, and is capable of using Wind and Lightning. It is implied that, through her mother, she isn't fully human.
Also known as Rosaria. Adetta's younger sister, and the second and last child of the house Bellville. In the original game, she was dead due to the plague, and one of the catalysts for Adetta's abhorrent personality. Currently, she's alive and well.
Rosaria is a very bright child who holds her sister in a high regard. She can be considered genius as, in her effort to become as good as her sister, she learns things that are beyond the capabilities of typical children her age. She's sweet and happy, but follows Adetta without second thought, and is shown to be mean and maybe even downright bloodthirsty if situation calls for it.
She's not yet proficient with her magic due to her age. Currently, her only known element is Nature she inherited from her mother.
Current Archduchess Bellville, Crawforde's wife and mother of Adetta and Rosaria. In the original game, she eventually joined Ifa Nalore in war against Sheothia due to her daughter's death. Currently, her motivations are unknown.
Penelope is a mysterious, imposing figure. While she's loving and devoted to her family, she remains somewhat etheral and dangerous, as a figure that innately demands respect. She holds many secrets, some of which possibly even her husband doesn't know.
Currently, the only known element she commands is Nature, but she's very proficient with it, to the point of being able to heal life-threatening injuries. It is also heavily implied that she isn't fully human.
Current Archduke Bellville, Penelope's husband and father of Adetta and Rosaria. His fate in the original game is unknown, but he presumably died of melancholy. Currently, he's alive.
He's a serious and diligent person, taking his duties seriously. He also, usually, ends up the only one against the more mean ideas his wife and daughters may have. He's very invested in making his fief prosper, and is a good, caring father. He and Adetta are noted to have very similar outlook on some things, and get angry in very similar way.
He commands the magic of Wind and Lighting Adetta has inherited. His level of proficiency is unknown.
Also known as Eli. He's one of the Capture Targets in the game, and the distant cousin, as well as adopted brother, of Adetta and Rosaria. While operating under Bellville name, it's mainly for his protection, and he's still heir to Langton family and removed from the Bellville succession line. In the original game, his relationship with Adelia was very poor. Currently, however, he's very attached to her.
Elijah often acts as the voice of reason and damage control for Adetta. While he disagrees with a lot of her more dangerous ideas--such as going towards the smell of blood in the forest--he will, out of loyalty, follow her anyway. He often complains at Adetta's more eccentric outbursts, but is still very emotionally attached to her, as a coping mechanism after his parents' passing.
Currently he's capable of using Water magic healing properties to the point of being called a prodigy. It is also implied in the original game that he's capable of awakening Ice magic.
A young beastfolk boy who was saved by Adetta and currently apprentices in the Bellville household, with hopes to one day become Adetta's personal servant. In the original game, he's dead, and only Adetta's intervention in the current timeline changed this fact.
Fenrir is very loyal to and smitten with Adetta, putting her on a sort of pedestal and adapting the (rather unhealthy) stance that she can do no wrong. He's really hardworking and relatively friendly, having a good relationship with Rosaria, but appears to have a rivalry going on with Elijah.
It is currently unknown if he possesses any magic, but he has been implied to have some sort of a trait, special enough for queen Scarlett to take note of.
Well written and creates a fresh take in the reincarnating as a villainess trope, the author does a good job in creating the world.
