Jamie Hammer was the 11 year old son of US Congress woman Elizabeth Stanton and prominent criminal prosecutor Charles Hammer who was murdered by an unknown party.

Orphaned with no other family to look after him, Jamie had to find some way to fend for himself.

Fortunately, a strange thing keeps happening to him. Every year on his birthday, a beautiful female enters his life.

Even though he feels like he knows them from somewhere, he can't recall from where, and nobody seems to know who they are!

But although they can't find their way back, fortunately they retain all their memories and formidable skills.

So this is the story of Jamie and his attempt to investigate his parent's deaths, as well as his adventures with these girls that keep popping up.
