Nuke

Nuke is the most sought-after commodity in Grandebelle, a drug that gives its users psychic power. The secret process of manufacturing it is carefully hidden by the criminal organizations who rule over the Pit.  The people of the Pit are obsessed with the drug. They buy, sell, and use it endlessly. A new class of violent criminals has emerged in the Pit, who use their psychic powers to become rich and powerful. The people of the Pit live in an endless cycle of violence due to the chaos caused by the endless demand for Nuke.

Psychic Puppet

Psychic puppets are psychic tools that are crafted to look like humans. They think and act like normal people and contain human souls. Psychic puppets are completely under the control of the malevolent master who created them. If the master's psychic connection is ever broken, the puppet dies soon after. Puppets have to undergo regular maintenance or they will fall apart.

Location
The Pit

The city of Grandebelle, nicknamed the Pit by its inhabitants, is the occult capital of the world, a dirty and violent city where powerful organizations of psychic criminals wage war for control of the drug trade. People live among rats, waste, and garbage in this dark and savage place.

The Tower of the Chosen

The Tower is a massive skyscraper that represents the dominance of the Chosen Ones over the Pit. A mystical place, part temple and part office building, the enormous structure is a place where people gather to buy Nuke as well as a place where people come when they're ready to join the Chosen Ones. Elder Crown, Elder Presence, and Elder Omen operate out of the Tower, and the rest of the Elders live in the distant Grand Temple.

The Grand Temple

The Grand Temple is the foundation of the Chosen Ones' spiritual power. Built by a long-dead civilization, the sacred Temple hides many dangerous secrets, from the sealed God of Destruction Llamoomoo to the forsaken race of Ancient Ones. Elder Incarnate, Elder Drifter, Elder Witness, and Elder Mirror all make their home within the Temple's walls.

Miscellaneous
The Chosen Ones

The Chosen Ones are a powerful criminal organization that dominates a large part of the Pit. Led by a group of seven powerful Elders, the Chosen Ones have a deep foundation rooted in spirituality and ancient tradition. The core principle of the Chosen Ones is that that those with the strongest psychic power deserve to rule over all. As such, they are the natural masters of the Pit, an occult city obsessed with the usage and obtainment of psychic power.

The Chosen Elders

The Chosen Elders are a group of seven crazy old psychics who belong in a nursing home. They constantly bicker and make Miss Planner's life a living hell. If they were more unified, the Chosen Ones would be unstoppable. The Elders have incredible psychic power, but are continually held back by their stupidity and cruelty. Asking for Miss Planner's help was the best decision they ever made!

The Controllers

The Controllers are a secretive black organization that is gradually rising to power in the Pit. They use their psychic powers to control other people and turn them to their cause. The Controllers use dangerous psychic drugs with nasty side effects to gain their mind control abilities. The typical Controller is an overweight man in stained grey loungewear that spends most of his time napping, but don't let that fool you: their mind control powers make them extremely dangerous.

The Animal Brotherhood

The Animal Brotherhood is now defunct, but it was once a small street gang run by a vicious psychic named Ghost Wolf. The Brotherhood sought their fortune through the distribution of Nuke and killed anyone that got in their way. They claimed to have a bond of family, but the hateful Brothers turned on one another and the group fell apart.

Characters
Elder Mirror

Elder Mirror is the most dangerous of the Chosen Elders. A strange old man with chalky-white skin, Elder Mirror hates humanity and loves threatening to unleash cataclysms. The childish Elder Mirror has a propensity for dancing and singing.

Elder Crown

A frail old man with a sharp nose and a bent posture, Elder Crown is balding with white hair. He's possibly the meanest of the Chosen Elders, and loves to insult his fellow Elders and poor Miss Planner. He's served by his henchman Harper, and commands an elite division of psychic warriors called the 'Hounds.'

Elder Omen

The blind Elder Omen is a wise old man and the only one of the Elders who could possibly be described as kind or honest. He has a long white beard and is attended to by a team of young women. Elder Omen is a free spirit and can often be found wandering around the Pit in fits of spontaneous creativity.

Elder Drifter

Elder Drifter is a wiry, monkey-like old man who drools and chuckles constantly. Pitiable and wretched, Elder Drifter typically wears nothing but tattered rags.

Elder Witness

Elder Witness is the self-styled leader of the Chosen Elders. He loves nothing more than arguing with his fellow Elders, and he's not afraid to show off his power if need be. Elder Witness has a strangely energetic quality to him that none of the other Elders can match.

Elder Incarnate

Elder Incarnate is a short old man with a donut of messy black hair. Malevolent and crafty, Elder Incarnate employs a personal guard of Spirit Hunters to catch ghosts for his evil experiments. He's been having trouble staying awake as he's been getting older.

Elder Presence

A stern and serious man, Elder Presence is the youngest of the Chosen Elders. Although old-fashioned, he has the most common sense of any of the Elders and often mediates their disputes.

The God of Destruction Llamoomoo

The God of Destruction Llamoomoo is a monstrous spiritual being covered in fluffy white hair with black spots. It hums, licks, and watches over herds of inferior beings. Llamoomoo is worshipped as a God of Destruction by the Chosen Ones. It has the power to transform its followers into monsters.
