This story was a fresh take for me. Though the beginning was a little confusing due to the style the author writes and the way he decided to begin the story.
All in all, you can enjoy this especially if you want to read something different from the once in a while. The idea here is new for me and that' s great.
This story drew me in right away. The use of 'we' for the protagonist immediately raised questions that I am itching to learn the answer to.
The way the author writes really captures the feeling of "something on the outside looking in" with the inner monologue of the main character and how 'it' views itself and the world.
Even the way the story flows, it feels like a step by step take from an objective outside observer, and it works really well. I'm not sure whether it's a good creature, or an evil one, or what it could be at all. And I quite enjoy that I can't predict how things are going to turn out.
This isn't the kind of thing I would usually read, but I am curious about where it is going so I will definitely follow it.
