Not a bad story, same concept as most of those in the same genre.
Guy becomes God, he have his godly system and he creates a fantasy world based on templates.
The story is light hearted and good to pass time, has most of the typical stuff you'd expect from a story where a guy plays God. (like uniting the humans, advancing the technology of the races, etc etc)
The only two critiques I can give is that it needs better editing, like find a good editor and have him/her run through all the chapters. And revise the MC because he seems very shallow (as in generic passive guy)
3/5 - average story, not bad but not good either so I'd say normal+ (-very bad+ -bad+ -normal+ -good+ -very good+)
Below is my subjective review (not an actual spoiler of big story events)
I read till chapter 7 and a bit of c8. Then dropped it for a simple reason of personal taste: the story is a harem and the romance seems dumb IMHO.
MC relationship is very fast with the first Goddess (although there is backstory) but he accepts her extremely fast and after that you feel he becomes a pushover in matters regarding the 'house'. Like she created a female goddess because she thought he should have multiple concubines and we don't see him even saying anything about it, just the next chapter we get told he was in bed with the new goddess. That is why I dropped it tbh.
We got a lot of info regarding how he and the FL love each other, then suddenly out of nowhere she gives him a concubine and he says nothing about it but express his affection for the new girl... That isn't love imo and I actually read this story because it did not have the harem tag... Too bad it seems to have turned out into another story where the MC is a pushover that will get led by women and somehow be able to love them all, this isn't romance imo just put the harem tag and remove the romance one, because it's just a guy that for no reason accepts multiple women without any explanation for the logic in his head.
My main reason for hating harem is 99% is like the females here, they exist solely to make the MC have multiple women— meaning everything in their existence, from train of thought to personality is just made up for the sake of being in love with the MC. That's just fan service for harem lovers, 1 good female character is better than 100 bland generic harem women.
Alright this has been my personal venting out and subjective view on the novel, and since we are all humans I'll make my rating from an objective 3/5 to a subjective 1.5/5.

A good interesting story. All it would need to make it a great story is for the author to find a good editor.
