Synopsis

Blessed by the goddess of cooperation - Atryna, and her ally Inari, a young fox gains the ability to sense dangerous levels of mana in a world where mana causes mutation. In this land, power corrupts quite literally, and foxes are known to be significant threats due to their cunning combined with their typical abilities. Pushed into the human territory by an immense beast, how shall the newly intelligent fox proceed?

Author's note: This story is only being shared on Scribble Hub at the moment. There may be long delays between chapters due to the author's mental state not being the best, but this story will not be dropped without notice unless a major disaster occurs. Likewise, this story will never be taken down and put behind a paywall, though in the future a Patreon for advanced chapters is possible, though not until writing is consistent and thus it would be worthwhile.

Now I'm in a good mood so 5 Stars, but it's more of around 4. But it's still a good story. Niphru (the fox) and Dawn development as the grow and go through turmoil is entertaining and has has hooked so far. The world itself is interesting enough, actions good, overall I really like this story. Please give it a try.

Now I do find the story a bit slow, due to the release schedule and with how fast the story progress. But this is a problem that is shared by hundreds of other stories. However it is a point that should be made, and some people will enjoy this story if read in batches of 5 or 10 instead, or the usually stockpiling strategies.

As the editor, I may have a bias, but I find this story incredibly enjoyable. I edit a few other novels, too, and none give me the fluffy, easy read vibes that this novel does. That's not to say it's all fluff (though there is plenty), Vodith has an incredible imagination, and makes creatures, plants, and situations I couldn't even dream of. Yet, despite the fights and struggles our cute little fox and girl go through, there are many cute moments and heartwarming reads in most chapters. It is a real pleasure to read this, and I'm very excited to see where this story goes, and, hopefully, you enjoy the easy way it reads and is presented as much as I do!
