Living in the city of Halburg can be weird at times. One day seems to be your typical boring day in the 21st century and the next day you get attacked by demonic beings of a different world, here to consume and destroy everything in their path, only to be rescued by high school girls wearing ridiculous outfits with super powers, who claim to be part of an magical organisation, called Lux Magica.

One of Halburg‘s citizens was the girl Sonya, who, in medical terms, was a complete Explosion Maniac, who just wants to see things explode and disappear. For her, the attacks of these out worldly entities was the highlight of the day, especially when they start to fight Lux Magica, there were so many beautiful explosions! She often wished for the girls to lose, so she could spectate the explosions a little bit more, but she was let down every single time. As a result she started to develop a distaste for the Magical Girls.

So what happens when this girl gets the offer to be the one to cause the explosions herself?
