There is nothing in the world that can match up to a monster. With their comprehension of the spaces beyond the observable universe, the otherworldly beings dominate every corner of every planet. And though certain standard beings, like humans, have learned to comprehend the spaces beyond (collectively known as Higher Space), it is still fact that the average monster far outstrips the average standard being.

Despite that, though, things are peaceful for the most part, due to the natural desire not to pick every fight one comes across. And so the standard beings like humans were able to live alongside monsters to a certain extent...

In one of the more peaceful periods, the phantom Helen began training two girls, Henrietta and Ishva. Under her guidance, the three of them live out their lives and interact with various individuals...all the while various conflicts of both man and monster stir in the dark.
