Book 10 starts with chapter 699.
Earlier books available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08WF8SB71
Jason wakes up in a mysterious world of magic and monsters. He’ll face off against cannibals, cultists, wizards, monsters, and that’s just the first day. He’s going to need courage, he’s going to need wit and he’s going to need some magic powers of his own. But first, he’s going to need pants.
Follow Jason as he makes a place for himself in a world that is strange, yet sometimes strangely familiar. He’ll meet crime lords and aristocrats, gods and monsters on his path from would-be victim to heroic adventurer. At least, he tries to be heroic. It’s hard to be good when all your powers are evil.
Release schedule is 3 chapters per week, Mon-Wed-Fri USA time.
Please note: I am Australian and this story is written in Australian English, so there will be less of the letter Z and more of the letter U.

An isekai about a weird chunobu nobody who somehow clutches every overwhelming situation and drips with self confidence while regularly struggling with insecurity when the action stops. Everything about the elevator pitch screams cringy isetrash, and yet it's fantastic.
The magic system is simple but fresh and organically becomes deep, the adversaries have extreme goals yet believable motivations, and the good guys aren't virtuous, they're just protecting the people important to them and end up in the position of heroes for natural reasons (well, considering the protagonist needs a life worth writing about).
It's just a fantastic writing style. So much of the world's lore gets through without getting the feeling of an exposition dump, and even the characters who would seem 2D from their description manage to feel natural and human.
What sums up the writing for me: it's chalk full of references I don't know, and yet the author gives you enough to feel clued in without ever realizing it happened.
10/10, can't wait to read more and I'll be checking out anything Shirtaloon puts out in the future

"Your original novel were impressive, " This usually Silent Reader said. "i won't be given any review if it wasn't for you and this awesome work."
"It didn't feel impressive, " Author said. "It felt like a perpetual state of imagination and also desperation. I think some of the critique blows to the head may have helped, strangely enough. My head hurt like hell, but I was too punch drunk to really think about what was happening. Otherwise I would have freaked out and hidden under a table. And doesn't give a damn Update again"
"I don't believe that, " The Silent Reader said. "I've seen a lot of adventures on novel mostly Japanese, korean, and Chinese. Some them can teach a lesson or two, but most will never have what it takes. Others... "
The Silent Reader gives 5 stars
"... others take to it like it's what they were born for. You've got the stuff, Author."

This is definitely a must read if you are into litRPGs or fantasy stories.
Jason is a lovable idiot who bs' his way through enough problems to get him even more problems, while cracking jokes only we get along the way
Even though it has been stubbed, it is still worth reading the parts posted on Amazon so you can catch up and start reading here
If you like fleshed out characters, emotional events, more than a little slice of life, and some serious stakes then this book is all for you
The only gripe I have is with some of the tangents, they feel like filler, but I also feel they don't drag it enough down to warrant a big drop off in stars, so definitely 4 stars

Really good book. Can be boring at times, really good plot, bit too much focused on MC at times though. Book 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 are probably the best ones. I read book 1 and 2 in a whole weekend and I didn't wanna do anything else.

First off, this series is spectacular. Secondly, it's also spectacular in audio format.I started reading it through Kindle Unlimited, and had to share with my partner when I found conversations written down verbatim that we had had together. She had me pick them up on Audible and they've essentially been playing for months now. The characters are great, the story is great, and the worldbuilding is great. I don't give a five star rating unless I feel that the product has gone above and beyond my expectations, and this one absolutely has.

Have got the audiobooks, and can highly recommend. If you like a book you can really sink you teeth into, this is it.
Writing is great, charaters are well fleshed out. Jason is just enough know it all, opinionated and funny to be interesting, with a little referanceists, .
Shame it has only gone to three days a week, I need my fix more often. But I hope the change has help the writer with his life balance.
Thanks for all the chapters. :)

This story has made me laugh. And it has made me cry. It has made me laugh so hard, I cried. Every single person in this story is the center of their own universe. Be it beast, man or god. As they are real in their own mind. As they believe their actions can change their world, you believe it. And the world becomes as real and important to you, as it seems to be for them. The protagonist gains power, based on who he is. As this power grows, it changes what he is. And slowly this story becomes a fascinating exploration of what it means to be "human". And what you are, when that label is no longer applicable. And important questions are asked, like "does what you are, affect who you are?" and "Is there more to being "human" than simply being a human?". There are only two facets of the protagonist I find mildly unrealistic in all of this. Traits that may or may not be inherently Australian. I don't know any Australians myself, so I have no way to verify this. One is how incredibly sure he is of who he is. Morals and convictions are already fully explored, and there is no doubt in his mind, where he stands, as gray area situations appear. Two is how ungodly stubborn he is. Of course he is willing to compromise etc. But if he encounters something he deems unacceptable, nothing can change his mind. Nothing keeps him from "doing what is right" even if it is "wrong". But to be fair, he is no Gary Stue, and have to face the consequences of his actions.

In my opinion the best book on this website.
It's no wonder the author sells this book as an e-book on amazon. Don't do anything for free if you can earn money doing it.

I can't stand the main character he does some stuff that I just can't stand he claims he's a gamer of some sort before he got kidnapped or whatever and sent to the other world and gets the system some of the abilities that come with it are self-explanatory yet he's asking people what other worlders have even explaining his powers like some stupid it isn't like he's someone who doesn't know anything about games and stuff he already claimed that he had some knowledge and so clearly he's not a noob yet he acting like a dumb ass anyone with common sense will know that the first place to go is a library or find a city act lost and find yourself a place where you can get knowledge about the general setting of the world ECT... Not going around asking some strangers after you saved them and even going as far as telling them you're an other worlder and you have storage powers f**king dumb that's the Same reason why he nearly got killed by the wizard in the first place he wanted to seal his powers sigh if you're looking for someone who has common sense and who isn't a idiot you're not going to find it here the main character ruined it all
