P.S. This story is a bit of a slow starter
The story's setting is described well, and the author's use of imagery brings the world of the characters to life. The dialogue between the characters is realistic and helps the reader understand the characters better. The author of this story has created an intriguing world with complex characters. Titania is well-developed, and a good protagonist.

It had a gripping start. The end of an era, the end of a family. The last of her kind, facing those who had taken everything from her. Then, the flashback happened. It is unclear to me why it was needed. After all, the revenge story going forward would just mention the characters and that would be the end of that.
Still, the author decided to introduce us to the family drama of the Tarajans. The mother is awful, the big sister is a horrible slut, the oldest brother is a psycho that things that a human child can fit in as a pet. The youngest child is a rule breaker and a kleptomaniac. But, do you know what? They know that they possess those flaws. They don't try to hide it in the slightest.
Then, there is Titania. Her, I dislike the most. How many people have to die, get enslaved, or get robbed, for her to do something and rein in her family? She is positively stupid. Her not being a villain, sane? She is the worst from the bunch.
Stuck on her high horse, she tries to flaunt her shallow morals. Sure, she does damage control, but, if she were truly sane, she would have done something to prevent all the crimes of her family members. If she were sane, she would have left them.
What is worse is that, instead of her seeing that her family got what was coming to them, she wants revenge. Dies and does a magic vow to get revenge. She went from a naive little girl to an insane little girl. I suppose there is some movement in the story, which is something, at least. It is just that, well, she was a villain before, she was a villain after her family died out. Now, though, she at least doesn't hide it.
Maybe I am just used to reading about actually morally upstanding characters, but I am disappointed that someone like Titania, who doesn't have enough morals to fill in a teaspoon, is called sane and good throughout the novel. She is neither of those things. She never was.
The style is good. There are a couple of grammar slip ups that don't take too much from the novel. If you want to read about a morally bankrupt character that likes to pretend otherwise, give this story a chance.
