Lucas Wright is the king of the FPS world. For three years he has dominated the most popular E-Sport scene, Focal Point, with its completely immersive virtual reality dive system and cutting edge realism. Despite all of his success and well earned fame, Lucas has long struggled with his life in the limelight. Social anxiety and lack of relationship skills has led to Lucas receiving a lot of unwarranted spite and hatred throughout his career. His problems are about to get far more dangerous as he finds himself forcibly transported to an alternative reality and enlisted to help fight against an unstoppable tide of sentient machines.
Not everything is as it seems, however, as Lucas becomes involved in a complex and long building conflict that has many hidden hands pulling strings behind the fog of war. It will take every once of Lucas' skill in order to survive this cutthroat world.
