Kaito has never been a lucky person. Even though he has been reborn into his favorite world, High School DxD for years, He doesn't seem to have any golden finger or cheat to help him survive. He has been living in this world for 15 years and is lucky enough to not encounter any supernatural forces.
One day, he was walking back from the supermarket and witnessed a blonde timid girl getting herself in a dangerous situation surrounded by gangsters. As a righteous person, he tried to protect the girl... Just to get blown up by the girl's brother to death because of a misunderstanding.
"Shit, How unlucky I am to die like this."
As he was about to lose consciousness, a bell sound rang in his head that indicate his hidden golden finger is activated. But again, he was about to DIE so his last thought was pretty much "I am really super unlucky."

The premise is interesting but... The MC is the kind of guy who puts his hand in the obviously running garbage disposal and turns around to complain about his misfortune. There is some legitimate misfortune in the story, but the majority of what the MC faces is due to his own stupidity. He's also the type of idiot who will completely sacrifice his ideals, morals and pride in order to pander to the system's quests. He's just a simp.
The chapters need to be proofread, or at least shot through grammarly to pick up issues; just copy pasting the first chapter gives a "correctness" rating below 50%...
The way Riser reacts to him running away in the middle of Tokyo is very much edging on the side of "plot hole"; if this was a one-off then it's entirely possible, but his attitude points to this being a common trend in other faction territory. Honestly, I feel like the entire story would probably be better if Riser just never showed up.

As far as I can tell, the MC is a little bit of an idiot.
Also, I'm pretty sure the story is setting him up with the same person who got him killed for romance, either that or used an idiot to kill him so he got introduced into the supernatural. Annoying, so if you read this, just pretend it's an entirely different person, as if she's another sister or something. Hard but not impossible, especially because she hasn't made many appearances. Though the thought she's going to be involved pains me.
Writing quality and grammar is pretty good though, no major mistakes. Not a new concept, nor a new take, but there's more novel people then I would have thought been added. I do like that they aren't getting the perfect things to power themselves up, some random things are given like the chainsaw. Also, I like that the focus isn't on the peerage, everyone is either an ass, an idiot, arrogant, normal but that's rare, or Riser, who is all of those. Honestly hope he manages to leave the peerage and throws back all the reasons why he's leaving at them in a way they can't refute it, and manages to safely leave. Actually, think the fic would be better if he just was introduced to the dim-chat without Riser, since the peerage is barely present anyways and is wholly unlikeable.
Overall, will read, is pretty good. You just need some more imagination to power through it than usual.

A certain chainsaw incident is meant as comedy and will be discarded in future chapters so dont worry about anything unsavory, MC is straight and only needed the power boost for survival. Overall a good fanfic

On the other hand, what CeltyTheSurve says... About having the sister of the person who killed you and leaving it like nothing... Wow. It makes me realize how much I turned my brain off.
One would be more afraid of them than anything else. Even though she asked to be revived. You are basically the slave of the one who killed you. What hurts even more, you know he's not a nice person.
Fighting for her is XD. She even apologized to him because she literally died because of a misunderstanding by her brother. The protagonist had no opportunity to speak and died. Bone XD.
