Status: chapter 20: revelation of existence

This is my first time on this site, and oh boy I'm glad that this is the first isekai webnovel I've read here!

Aside the awesome world-building, unique power system and cool fights, what really set this story apart from the rest of isekais was that: first, there are two protagonists with separate goals and mindsets. Second, the AWESOME dynamics between the main characters.

One thing that I liked in this story was the part that Reika promised she'd be Shin Soru's emotional support. Soru, who suffers from a personality disorder, was willing to change and accepted her offer since he wants to be cured and feel humanity. That very thing sets the stone of his character development.

Although overpowered characters makes the story boring, adding a character development offsets the boredom. His development was something I look forward to, to empathize with people, develops a sense of care and respect to others, and cherish on what's important to them. Pretty much similar to Frieren's character development throughout her story (Frieren is a character from Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. It's an awesome series, highly recommended.)

On the other side of the coin, Reika (the second protagonist) isn't your typical FMC, or a Mary Sue character in story terms. She starts from being a weak person, obtains power not on conventional situation, and was willing to train hard to be strong. Although she was still bested by our male MC, she's unwilling to give up, with the sole purpose of protecting what she cared for.

She was very friendly and has the ability to create bonds with other characters, which made her even more likeable and loved by people. And the very thing that I liked her, is she isn't a damsel-in-distress lmfao! I really hate heroines/FMC's that acts like that.

Overall, both of them are polar opposites. However, Reika giving Soru humanity, and Soru learning from his mistakes through her, is a wonderful interaction between these MC's.

As a person who carefully criticize characters, I really love this story. Not just the MC's, but you can also see the perspectives of side characters, on how they interact in the world and to the main characters itself. This is so good that it deserves a solid 5-star rating!

Status: chapter 4: the unexpected visitor

I seldom read isekai novels that don't have a leveling mechanic, but when I do, they're usually a diamond in the rough or just something very special. This one fits on the latter. Soru's ability is quite busted with the right setup, and Reika is the perfect partner for their escapades. The story also doesn't take itself that seriously, and I like that. It's a fun and hilarious reincarnation story all around.

Since this story doesn't have a leveling mechanic, I do wonder how the characters will grow stronger unless humans in the otherworld can just punch through mountain ranges if they believe hard enough, not that it's a bad thing. Perhaps the author has already figured that out, and I'm all for it.

    Status: chapter 6: bestowal

So far the story is really good, it's pretty refreshing to have a isekai without truck-kun killing people and without those annoying level up system

I really appreciate the fact that there are cultural differences between the people of this world and another (like different languages)

I think you might need to do some research on a world having two moons especially if you are planning to write an arc in the sea since the moon can affect the ocean waves and tide so having two moons can affect it differently from our world

I also am a little confused over how the power system in this world works but overall Great story
