Suddenly waking up without explanation in the body of a cultivation sect leader, 23-year-old student Aki ends up in quite the bind. Luckily he has one special skill: The ability to bullshit his way through anything. His confident and mysterious smile manages to convince everyone of his sagely wisdom, so no one suspects a thing!
Aki however faces a big issue – no one in this sect knows how to relax! They all believe in ironclad discipline, ascetic ways and casting off all mortal comforts in the singular pursuit of cultivation. How can Aki convince them to relax and try the joys of life?
What to expect from this novel:
-A light-hearted take on cultivation, featuring a lot of making up silly techniques.
-Sect development/economics will be treated more seriously.
-There will eventually be some romance in this, but it will take some time to get there.
-Chapters on Thursdays and Sundays
My biggest complaint is that there are too few chapters, so it's easy to say I liked reading this.
Biggest turn off for other readers might be that the MC isn't in a crazy rush to get stronger, as most other cultivation novels have instilled into audiences that this should be the norm, this novel is easygoing without world ending struggles every five minutes, so don't go in expecting that.

I like the premise of this novel and the culture shock the MC has. Along with the fact that the MC can't instantly spend 24 hours a day cultivating due to his modern sensibilities, which makes the MC feel much more real and relatable.
However, the MC has no sense of danger or urgency which is overwhelmingly frustrating sometimes, this is often leading him to make stupid decisions considering the danger of his position
This is despite him being familiar with the culture of this world and that him being found without his power is a death sentence
His most frustrating trait by far is his tendency to send his disciples on wild goose chases after made up techniques. This is seen multiple times throughout the first 18 chapters even in times where it is unnecessary (which is most of the time)
the 'Dao of alcohol' is probably the best example

THIS IS FIXED + It has become more slower and relaxed, his authority has already been cemented so it is just a slice of life and peaceful and normal level progression, and what it does, it does do well!
A little bit of him using slightly technical transmigrator knowledge, like from a couple of wiki articles, infographics, or kurgezagt vids! It would make this a lot better, just some really high-level stuff and fun facts that even a normal person might know!
It is just that our MC is just so stupid, instead of bullsh*ting about some random imaginary paths, he could explain the extreme wonders of reality. Did you know that life is exceptionally resilient, so you could recreate an entirely new dominant species with a gallon of seawater and time!
"The best lies are 90% truth" and the fact that "Reality is so much stranger than fiction" should be what the MC uses. "Arrogant Young Master Template 4 Variation A" does a good job of this!
