At the edge of the multiverse, tucked within corners and folds of old dimensions, lays a bed of clouds and memories. Each dimension, older then time itself, held it aloft and sheltered it from wind and rain. On that bed, there lay a single soul as pure as white. However, dimensions eventually die, leaving gaps for this source of energy to be detected. Each dimension wept as they sent their soul away, hoping to protect it from the evils that lay within the world outside.
In desperate attempt, drew the last of their power to create a single entity as devoted to the being as they were. With their dying will, they created a protector so powerful, that even gods were back away in fear. All this - just for that singular being.
