Dude the story is good and all but its really to fast paced, you didn't even put a 'fast cultivation' tag. Also the way how you describe and explain the battle scenarios and scenes is lacking in the aspect of common sense.
For example near the chapters at start when Tiamat fought with the black dragon, when she got hit she flew only by 10 meters in your description... aren't they very powerful beings in higher realms? It should be like 'the mountain and earth shook as Tiamat was pushed back 10 miles from the force' like that!
Dude have you read "Mechanical God Emperor"? Then copy their style, isn't the MC learning a lot of spells and magic? Isn't the rank of his expertise in different type of magic high? Then why is it in battle scenarios, the descriptions are so bland and don't bring the feeling of they are really beings of their power level!
Very lacking, though in other aspects like world-building, character interaction, story plot, grammar construct are all great.

This story is one of the rare breath of fresh air among the harem saturated DxD fanfics. Here we follow the story of Zeoticus Gremory (transmigrated MC), who is Rias' father but from the young age of him taking over his territory as its lord. His goal is established early and everything he does from then on is towards achieving them. The story primarily deals with with his journey on his rise in the underworld.
From the tags mentioned, I haven't reached the harem aspect of the story but from what I read so far, I don't think romance is going to be given heavy emphasis which I can get behind, as I have told before DxD fanfics are saturated in that aspect. (Subjective opinion)
For now, the only downside to the story I can find is that this story needs some more work with its paraphrasing and grammer. But assuming this is author's first project, it is fairly decent but I do recommend the author to hire editor for fine tuning the chapters.

Interesting concept, but unfortunately, it presents several issues regarding logical consistency and worldbuilding.
There are also problems with how the author introduces certain concepts, as if the reader is expected to already be familiar with them from previous works like DXD or Mechanic
Now, addressing the logical issues:
Initially, Zeoticus is presented as a High-Class Demon solely due to his high demonic energy, with no other notable abilities. He is portrayed as weak, one of those young lords who has no real involvement in the ongoing war.
Yet, this is contradicted later when we learn that his territory is frequently under attack by Fallen Angels—attacks so severe that even the technological and magical towers the MC built were destroyed.
This implies that if the original Zeoticus did not possess at least a higher level of power, his territory would have been overrun or simply usurped by the Ultimate-Class Demons (????) under his command (again ?????).
Either that, or the MC's arrival in this world altered the entire DXD narrative, suddenly increasing the scale of the threats to kill him. (The threats are both greater and lesser, oddly enough.)

There are other issues, but since I don't want to linger on this and I haven't read the entire story to see if some of these things are later addressed or explained, I'll stop here and move on to other points.

As for the positives:
