Dude... All I can say is GREAT STORY! Actually have a lot more to say, character development is excellent, plot development is excellent, world-building is excellent as well, all in all an excellent story! Though author I know the MC doesn't want too much responsibility but shouldn't he become the leader of the Norse gods being the strongest? The one with the biggest fist should rule if he wants to make a difference... and when will the story reach the timeline of starting plot of Highschool DxD?

All Caught Up!And I have to say one of the best SI I've ever read. Honestly the the tags don't sell the story enough it's basically it's own interpretation of the world with an MC that can appreciate life yup that sums it up. Came for the Thor SI scared of the dxd tag put glad I pushed through. Hope the author continues with the story and finally do give it a chance!!!

This fic started off very promising for me. Although the MC is born way before canon it also gave the opportunity to have him actually earn and train for thousands of years and not just kinda bullsh*t his way to power. The timeskips and training were quite good imo. Unfortunately at least for me the fic as of chapter 48 has become so bogged down in POV shifts and fate manipulation shenanigans

that it no longer feels like the MC has any kind of agency. It rarely feels like Thor has any intentional impact upon the world, things just sort of happen to him and around him.

A good example is actually his latest son Kamish. Did Thor want or intend to have a son? Did Thor even have s*x so at least it's his mistake? Nope he just fought somewhere with a death domain and through the power of bullsh*t, spawned a dragon.

It's not like I care too much about the odd POV shift to flesh out the world but I feel like half the time I'm reading the fic at this point all I can think is "I don't care, get back to the MC." I'd still recommend this fic and think it's pretty good just too much prophecy and fate nonsense at this point for me.

While it is technically true the MC was isekai'd into DxD, even up to ch 77 it's mostly been Thor exploring the ancient world and participating in the making of ancient legends and characters. The story features coming to grips with what it means to no longer be mortal, dealing with the consequences of missing with the timeline, and also general shenanigans.

Fun story, wide cast of characters with diverse motivations, backstories, and reactions to events in front of them.

Finally, while the timeline is too early to show many events of DxD, you still get the same slapstick vibe every once in a while, or a character obsessed with oppai. Enough to remind you, but not so much it gets annoying. Nothing is worse and cringier than anime visual gags/tropes being written down instead of acted out.
