All in all a very lighthearted story which you should not take seriously.
But I enjoy taking things seriously so... here.
The Author hasn't put enough thougth into the MC's quirk and the consequences of having such a quirk on the story.
He is extremely op which I'm not against but what point is there in having a versatile quirk when everything that you can do can overwhelm the enemy ?
Frankly for the story to be interesting the MC need to be nerfed. No permanent effect or creation. No high-tech item creation because it require knowledge that he doesn't have. No magically healing everything, light healing is fine but anything beyond that would require medical knowledge.
All the character are also somewhat bland. The MC is just a parody and I would say the character with the most personality is the God at the beginning who is only there for one chapter.
I would says it's mediocre at everything ? There really is nothing that stand out. It's not bad for time-sink but that's about it.
