One day, Cale wakes up in the body of an unfortunate cannon fodder character that appears in the popular novel 'Fire & Ice', a world in which everyone has some kind of elemental magic. The character whose place he's taken is Calla, a young male that has ice magic and a history of illness. Also, the character that ends up dying in one of the villain's schemes to kill the main protagonists.
