Norman's life hasn't been easy. Despite his potential, he spiraled into drug and alcohol addiction to escape his loneliness and pain. However, when the apocalypse occurs, he is granted a rare opportunity to turn his life around. Unfortunately, his past mistakes still haunt him, resulting in unemployment, a failed relationship, and ostracization from society.
With everything falling apart, Norman realizes it's time to take control of his life and pursue his dream of becoming a necromancer. But can he overcome his self-destructive tendencies and finally rise to the occasion? As he delves into the mysteries of the afterlife, Norman must prove to everyone that he is capable of greatness and not the loser he was once perceived to be. Will he seize this opportunity, or will he succumb to his past failures once again?

'Norman The Necromancer' where do I begin? The first ark which is like 50 or so chapters, are, I believe, the hardest to sit through. Don't misunderstand me though, I love this novel, I'm absolutely starved for more because ever since I've stuck with Norman and his journey it's been nothing but constant improvement.
In terms of characters and character development it's fantastic. I wish more authors here were as good as developing their characters like MJMarkgraf. Norman might seem weak and incompetent in the beginning but trust me he gets WAY better. And his incompetence isn't even his fault.
World building? That's phenomenal as well. There's always some new elements to explore and the new big bads' you can't wait to see be brought to their knees.
Grammar? No issues with it whatsoever.
Upload speed would be my only gripe but that's because (like I said earlier) I'm starving for more. And really uploads are consistent. This is more of a quality over quantity novel which I appreciate, but I just want MORE.
I highly encourage current readers to stick with this novel and those interested to give it a try because I think you'll like it too

Really enjoyed this, the characters were all well-rounded and realised as people not as cliches, even the main villain wasn't evil for the sake of being evil but had believable motivations.

It's actually really really good. MC is not always successful on his attempts but he will all solve it with sheer hard work. And I love how his character develops throughout the story. Also NO ROMANCE in this story is a big plus.
I dont know if this is allowed. But I was really surprise in the middle of the chapter after the Gron Society Arc. The author probably didnt add this TAG on the story purposely
