Harems have become too powerful. Heroes fall prey to temptation and poor relationship development, and no woman is truly safe from a life of emptily yearning for one man. When the Goddess of Reincarnation is taken out of the picture, her sister Vice-Goddess summons a new champion, a man who she hopes will resist the blight of haremhood, emaciate the men of Gaia from their self-deprecating stupor, and overall just be a decent guy for once in this world.
Watch as he walks into a female companion in the middle of changing, then promptly turns around, apologizes, and leaves without being magicked in the ass because it's not really that big of a deal.
There's only one bed? No problem.
Need some personal space? Gotchya.
Developing mutual feelings? Let's talk it out.
In this tale, the true fantasy is the fulfilling friendships and mutually-assured relationships along the way.
This story is primarily slice-of-life, but there will still be sword-and-magic action. I can't say much about how the balance between the two is or will be, but I will always strive towards the path that will grow friendships and strengthen the Platonic Agenda.
Finally, I hereby declare this story completely SFW.

I'm loving this novel.
It has a fascinating premise, great world building, proper grammar, interesting characters, and last but not least, this story's main character is a mature adult who can respect personal space, and is a genuinely likeable person.
The focus of the story is the relationships between characters, and boy does it do that well. Nothing feels rushed, building a solid foundation before branching out. (Though sometimes it has a small headstart due to circumstances.)
I highly recommend you read the first five chapters at least, and judge whether you like it or not from there.
This is everything you think it is, and it delivers. The main character has the conviction not to fall into depradation, the world is thoroughly fleshed out in response to asshole harem gathering protagonists running around, and the emotional connections the main character forms with their friends feels really sweet.
Not to mention that the grammar and pacing are top notch!
I wholeheartedly recommend you read this if you're tired of all of the smutty harem bullsh*t on this site.
