I really like the story a lot, although the characters of the people in the story seem really similar in a way, it is well written and has a good grasp on relationships.

(I didnt know who the heck was on the cover and thought for a while its the grandma but then I realised its the MC [I think the staff and cat parts say so]... She really doesn't look as I imagined her to be or how she was described. She just looks old on the cover... I would recommend to remake it a bit so she doesn't look so 'ancient' xD)

Boy is unhappy being a boy.  Boy becomes girl. Girl gets a healthy family.  Girl meets girl.  Girl leads happy and fulfilling life. Yeah, there are some dramatic moments, but there are also many playful interactions between girls in love, or other moments of fluffy cuteness and adorability. And if that's what you're looking for.... 

Kudos for doing the transformation without simply waking up from uneasy dreams as a (cat) girl. Kudos for the dialog that sounds so much like the way enthusiastic and lively people talk. And a small thing: kudos for the blandnames. A tabletop RPG called Catacombs & Chimeras and so forth; they're always entertaining.
