This feels like a parody, just without the parody tag. It takes typical isekai tropes to their extremes with no good underlying story to back it up. As someone who doesn't like most parodies, this one is no exception. 

I was initially going to rant about the stupidity of making an idiot a sudden genius, or having the citizens of the world figuratively be astounded by flint locks when they have machine guns, but decided against it, because it would really make me look like a fool if this was supposed to be a parody.

It's a pretty funny story and the setting is serviceable.  The whole s*x slave thing is gross and gets really annoying after a few dozen chapters.  I get the feeling the author was wacking off as he wrote this story imagining that he was the MC, and that's just gross.  Author has to turn MC into a girl to keep it from totally glorifying rape.  I don't mind smutty fiction if both characters are doing what they want, but brain washing and s*x slaves is pretty revolting.  It's disappointing because outside of the pornographic scenes, the plot is entertaining and the characters are good enough for a simple isekai.

If you want a gary stu, vengeful bastard, or someone with unwavering 1st world moral standards probably not for you.

The failure of the author to clear up where thoughts end and book-reality as deemed by the author begins- may cause some to think the author thinks this way... He likely doesnt and is a normal nice author person.

The pacing ramps up as the hype is spent. Dont read too deep or consider morality since the MC treats the world like a game even after noticing the failure to take things seriously in the other isekai-ers.

The fomula is strong and the satisfaction is enough.

A good old-fashioned simple power fantasy. It's a little bit of a rip-off of Arifureta early on, but overall it's just a real simple plot uncomplicated by messy realistic relationship or politics implications, and I mean that in a good way.

I have seen amazing stories that use deep philosophical statements, realistic politics and human reactions to situations, and a complicated plot. I enjoy those types of stories too. But, sometimes you just want to turn off your brain and enjoy something simple, and of those simple power-fantasy plots I would have to say this is one of the best I've seen. (Warning, it SERIOUSLY means what it says about the s*xual content warning. There's some straight-up smut here. Actually, that's a big part of what makes the harem dynamic work so much better here. Just the simple fix of actually banging the harem kinda fixes a lot of issues other power fantasies have, and the fact it's a gender-bent MC who was formerly male makes it not quite feel completely Yuri while at the same time removing the consequences that would make it feel uncomfortable with a male MC banging the harem. It really works out surprisingly well. This, BTW, is coming from someone not normally into yuri.)
