the story starts well, with the MC in dangerous situations beyond his control and trying to survive crazy adventures together with Nyarla, then the harem appears the story becomes more s*xual and the characters lose depth, the multiversal journey boils down to terrorizing, and killing everybody.

now that I've summarized my review, let's get into more detail. this will be a long review

POSITIVE

• the initial tension of the story, with the MC walking on "eggshells" ever cautious not to anger Nyarla, while trying his best to gain powers and survive whatever the world they traveled in throws at him, as well as the entities of horror eldritch who try to break into the apartment they are in is very good, it makes us, the readers, wonder if he will manage to survive the madness of the next day, even if we know he will, just being the MC, it still leads us to think someone else would be screwed since he barely survives

• the powers that the MC creates are creative

• the MC is kinda likable, there isn't a really hateful aspect to him

NEUTRAL

◘ there is no romance, things go from indifference to s*xual provocation to s*x, it's the equivalent of someone going to a nightclub, teasing the other party, going to the motel, has s*x, exchange contact, and then having s*x from time to time, it should have the tag s*x friend

 the little details, the little conversations that show care, affection, and attention, the legendary fluffy moments, are non-existent so expect smut but don't expect romance

this would be a negative point but I put it in neutral because there is no romance tag in this story

◘ the issue of the MC talking to "the crazy voices (readers) " is kind of annoying for breaking the fourth wall, it's also fitting for the crazy theme, so its a neutral point

the MC adapts quickly, but sometimes too quickly, I understand that he can't express disagreement with the murder and other ethically wrong things since he's dealing with eldritch beings, but the lack of monologues portraying an internal conflict over these philosophical and moral issues makes the MC seem unrealistically indifferent

◘ they travel to original worlds (like the one about to be "cleaned" by meteors) and to rarer worlds like Inuyasha, this point is more neutral as it's interesting to see original worlds as well as more unknown/older and popular ones too

NEGATIVE

I will describe the negative sides of the positives and neutrals in order

○ the tension disappears when the focus turns to the harem and s*x, the adventure boils down to the girl's desires to absorb fate, sow chaos, and kill

○ Ghast does not exist, and Nyarla loses the spell that prevents her from seeing the supernatural easily and early, the dynamics of the MC + Ghast trying to maintain the spell that blocks her perception would be hilarious and fantastic, but it does not exist
○ Comedy, in general, is bad, a eldritch God menstruating is more bizarre than the existence of the eldritch itself, just read chapter 40 and you will see

○ the powers that the MC creates are interesting, but the MC is given many powers freely, as well as divine weapons, and eventually, they become too many and are barely remembered, it would be better to keep only the ones with insane potential and remove all the too specific ones, for example, keep limit manipulation which is almost reality manipulation and discard things like the holy spear, ultimate venom, Tsukiyomi unity, Newtonian apple, etc

○ The MC is limited in what he can do in general since he is always being dragged around by the girls, and as such he has no will of his own, he even mentions that he wants to go to various worlds, show himself as someone powerful and mess or help some people, change the plot and all, but he can't because he's a caretaker and his work denies that freedom, the girls barely wants to be some hours in others worlds

○ another thing is about the Boss, the contractor so to speak, initially is realistic and interesting, and makes one wonder if he is Azathoth or Yog-Sothoth, with him providing some things for the MC to survive, mainly in form of books since both are known for immense knowledge, Azathoth being literally omniscient and omnipotent, but then he starts giving meaningless orders to MC like not waking the girls and dealing with hordes of monsters, leaving the apartment more, spending a month in another world with the girls, all without purpose or reason, it screams that it's the author fulfilling requests and heeding complaints from the "crazy voices" that are the readers, it destroys the character of "Boss" and makes it a convenient, pointless plot device, breaking the realism and giving the story obvious artificial aspect

○ the multiversal travels, are horrible, the world is interesting, but they are short-travel (some hours per world, cuz girls get bored...), they are full of destruction and death that the girls cause or bring just by existing (I'm sure they could suppress this innate effect), it's irrelevant in general as the only world where there is interaction with the characters, instead of narration about everyone dying, it's worm, even in inuyasha, kikyo, inuyasha and kagome didn't say a single word the whole time the main characters were there

in conclusion, the story starts off good, then becomes a to-love-ru with a lot of s*x instead of fan service and eldritch for heroines, the multiversal trip is pretty empty since no being in these worlds has personality, will, or says anything, and the breaks of the fourth wall, although subtle, is used many times to the point of making the story overly artificial and clearly manipulated rather than natural.
