Due to a mysterious transcendent being, United States Marine Corps First Lieutenant Samuel Kim from the year 2016 is thrown back in time to the year 1775. Realizing the unique situation he finds himself in, the lieutenant takes the opportunity to change the fate of the battle and ensure an overwhelming American victory. Guided by his "patronizing" "God" and the American revolutionaries, Lieutenant Kim embarks on a journey to help America gain its independence and to ensure the nation uphold its "most promising" ideals from the very beginning.

1. This novel could've been written better but considering the time it was first written I can say it was written pretty well.
2. What I really like about this novel compared to other alternate historical novel is that it tries to create a better future for all countries.
3. It also did not discriminate against race, religion and nation based on real history or real worlds current state of affairs.

All I can say is that give this novel a try. It may not be perfect but it does not excessively dwell on nationalistic, racism and world dominance like most novel.
