A curvaceous woman whose upper front and lower back were very large and well cushioned which looked well proportioned to her tapered hips. Her mismatch red and blue eyes were the crown jewel on a very attractive face, long marigold eyelashes that matched her marigold hair, full pink lips, high cheek bones with soft cheeks with very slight fat to give her cheeks a very delectable softness, and a straight nose to finish the frame. As the final toppings of her attractiveness, her skin stayed soft regardless of how much she trained and she was close to alabaster white with a hint of tan. This gave him a perfectly toned body with zero blemishes on his nearly six feet frame. His skin had become pale after he spent so many years in closed meditation and now is his permanent skin tone, though due to the rest of his immaculate features, it did him very well. His red and blue eyes and hair are arguably his most standout trait but the rest of the package is equally hard to resist. If not for his constant suppression he would be the most attractive entity below only the sect master catching even inside the sect and not even his disciples realize just how much his presence is suppressed by his near-perfect control. He would rated SS on any tier list; the man does not even know it or care.

A demon disguised twice over. With her mental ability she makes Samuel and Elizabeth see her as a unicorn while everybody else sees her as a graceful cultivator. In truth she was neither.

Essence refining/rank 1: Essence refining creates an essence that allows a channel of the essence and uses it without needing an outside source. 

Foundation/rank 2: Foundation transforms your body to be more in line with your major essence/s giving it innate properties such as fire resistance for those who cultivate fire.

essence condensation/rank 3: Essence condensation transforms your essence core into a more fluid state allowing for more acute control over your essence.

golden core/rank 4: Golden core finishes this condensing process by turning into a solid and while it by itself does not give many new benefits, it enhances everything up to this point.

origin spirit/rank 5: Origin spirit was a good stage of breakthrough creating the first fragments of a transcendent soul, it allowed one to see beyond their normal self(soul sight) and to move across the essence channels of the world(world step).

nascent soul/rank 6: Nascent soul was where your essence core merges with your soul and allows you to be removed from all bodily needs, as long as you have the essence. You also create your essence soul, which increases your essence generation substantially and grants you a pseudo-breakthrough destiny based on your essence types known as soul forms.

soul formation/rank 7: soul formation grants immunity to the ravages of time and the creation of one's own personal pocket realm.

enlightenment/rank 8: The enlightenment stage grants you the ability to create a small domain in a reality where you are near omnipotent in your essence types. If you have fire essence you gain a near-divine level of control with fire and most 'greater cultivation' and 'techniques' are derived from them.

reborn/rank 9: Your body and soul is broken and transformed while infusing it with divine essence. This recreates your reality and you become immune to all non-divine forms of harm though it also immunizes you to non-divine forms of benefit. Everything you do and touch slowly infuses itself with divine essence.

transcendent/rank 10: You become as close to a 'God' as possible with even your thoughts having adverse effects on reality. Beings below reborn cannot resist you as your thoughts enforces you will onto them. Though, you are not omnipotent and your power does have limits even if one would be hard pressed to find them.

Humans are generally not very good at passively guiding their essence around their essence circuits in a way to keep their skills and abilities from degrading, there is a lot of minute nuance that is lost on most humans. As such they are given strict techniques to follow and those techniques generally take care of continuously cycling their essence in a beneficial.

There are certain drawbacks to this as there is no one size that fits all, and often there are slight variances that could have fit the cultivator better. But they are generally good for the cultivator especially if they wish to advance stages and so are required to pick up at least one technique.

These techniques define what how their essence interacts with the world. For example, two fire cultivators one studying the Pact of Burning and the other The Explosive Sun will have different specializations of fire. One's flame will be better at burning things down while the other will have more explosive force.

Then there are the legendary techniques which augment one's essence so much that it becomes something else entirely such the Ever lasting Flame. This technique if master to perfection allows one's flame to last and burn virtually infinitely as long as their is a source of essence.

Even above this are the coveted mythic techniques which like mythic breakthrough destiny are reality bending. A very well known one is The Emperor's Sun, which when practiced to the highest level creates miniature sun to always orbits around you. This sun can hold up to three times the essence the cultivator can hold and use it in extreme fiery fashion such as but not limited to blowing up, acting as an external battery,  a source of light, and a controllable superhot projectile.

The pathways essence takes to travel from the core of a cultivator through their bodies and out in the open air are called essence circuits. One of the fundamental aspects of being a cultivator was understanding one's essence circuits and how they functioned. 

Without an essence circuit, the essence could flow from one's essence hearts and would cripple cultivators. Many even believed essence circuits were even more important than essence hearts because a weak essence heart was easier to work around than a fragile essence circuit.

The benefits did not stop there, essence circuits through specific cultivation could give a myriad of benefits. Such as a fire cultivator will eventually gain resistance to fire because of how much fire essence constantly flows through its circuits. 

Using this function was how base cultivation technique even came to be as effective as they were as since essence circuits and the essence heart were so closely related slowly changing the essence circuit could influence change in the essence heart as well which was normally impossible to change outside of breakthroughs and things related to it.
