While being very short on money Dillan Davis decides to sign up for an experimental drug that will change him into a woman for the next year. Over that year he repeatedly finds himself surprised by just how much he enjoys this experiment.
This is a nice story about an uncracked egg (trans person who is in self-denial) realizing who they really are. The premise is a throwaway conceit (transition in a bottle), sure, but the how isn't really the point, and the story goes on to tread the normal cathartic ground of self-discovery you would expect if you've read many gender-focused stories before.
The writing is good quality, and it has plenty of scenes that all of us can relate to if we've ever gone through gender dysphoria and self-deception ourselves. All-in-all, a fun story I'd recommend, and I look forward to more!
