With great power comes great responsibility… Hah! Boring! I will use the power of my twisted imagination to have a lot of fun in this world by unleashing chaos around me while I enjoy the show eating popcorn.

A fantastic giant robot! A really cool lightsaber! Robotic tentacles! Anything my twisted mind can imagine! I'll build it! And I plan to have a lot of fun in the process!
So I became the youngest S-Rank Villain in the world, created an evil organization for my amusement, and as if that wasn't enough… I completely altered the plot for my personal benefit.
And the best of all! No one suspects that Izuku Midoriya's innocent and charismatic little brother is really the mastermind behind all this chaos!
“I am Child Emperor! And this world will become my playground!” I exclaimed happily, raising my fists in the air in front of a terrified crowd of heroes and villains.

I exclaimed defiantly from atop a gigantic combat robot as a crooked smile spread across my face. Something tells me there will be no school tomorrow... Hehe.

A dark toned meme comedy.
The MC never has characterization. His character doesn't struggle or have any real feelings towards the plotline. The only motivation he's ever given is that he was 13 and wants to have fun. So he kills tons of people and messes with the world / heroes with no other reasoning given. It's not a realistic character at all, but the story isn't trying to be.
The story is dark, with the MC committing genocide / killing heroes, but it's done through memes. He uses a lightsaber / furbies / SCP monsters / etc to fight. The writing tone is light hearted, not going into a ton of details, while being plot driven / focusing on the action happening.
The author has no issue messing up the Canon. It's is a common problem in fanfics where authors want to have their character be important but keep the plot unaffected, this story never has that issue.
The story is interesting to read if you like MHA + meme comedy while being able to overlook the details / realism. It doesn't have much else in terms of character development / plot.

One of my favorite things to read now. Fun and interesting. Too many fan fictions make the mistake of following canon to a tee. The best writers make new content while making you feel like you are still in the canon world, and I think that this novel does that.

What can I say? The story is chaotic just as it is fun. The grammar is good, so no headache-inducing sentences to read and decipher. Fun character too, though the heroes would be hard-pressed to call every sh*t he has made them go through "fun".

Honestly besides the cringe photoshopped image on every page and the author killing off my fav character (endeavor), the story is pretty good. The fights are entertaining to read and the story doesn’t feel super slow or fast. It’s by no means perfect, (the story sometimes just changes things from the original story and it seems kinda unnatural) but it’s definitely a solid 4/5
