This refers to both the title and main ability of a Crystal Guardian, A godlike power that was created over 5000 years ago on a far off planet when a mere slave used an ancient being heart/soul as a main catalyst. A Crystal Guardians is a individual who can create, shape, and manipulate one of the six elements of the universe at their highest level and no limitations. (Ex. creating fire underwater, pulling water out of the air)
