Rachel is a 19-year-old Muay Thai-loving college girl going about her troubled life, but all of that is about to be compounded when she grows two big ears and a tail from her backside. After moving into her dorm room at Miami University, the whole world is flipped on its head when the heavens crack like stained glass, and 1/150th of the world's population is transformed into creatures and granted an unusual Leveling System. A large subsection of the world population is turned into beasts, fae, or aberrant people, while others are granted powers from historical and mythological figures, such as King Arthur, Saint Charlemagne, or the dreaded Leviathan. Wait, now there are alien toads popping out of Crystal Gateways?
Having to put petty problems to the side, Rachel has to figure out what is happening as the whole world tries to do the same, but she has a few secret weapons, two of which are on the top of her head; she uses her newly acquired hearing to scope out the changes people are experiencing and gathers the wealth of information at her college campus to plot a way forward as martial law is instituted. If aliens and spontaneously becoming a moon bunny hare wasn't enough, popular gods seem to have something to do with the new System in this urban fantasy adventure. Blessed by the mysterious goddess Ceridwen, our MC will have to combat the divine manipulations with her most potent weapon: misfortune. Being an unlucky hare, rather than a lucky bun, what will Rachel's lousy fortune bring both her and her enemies because even the gods fear our Mythickin Lunar Bun Hare!

I loved the 1st Draft (even if I didn't finish it), but @AuthorSME has pulled out all the stops. The story is tighter, with better characterizations, and lots of new details. Can't wait to catch up!
