This story started out well, The author did a good job setting up the characters and teasing out bits of world building that kept me interested and hungry for more information. Unfortunately as the story progress the smut part takes center stage and it goes from a decently written story to an average smut, Eventually ending up being a terrible smut. As soon as Grud gets a wife, the writing progressively devolves into a fantasy smut non-sense with the last few chapters as just pure smut that has gotten so unrealistic its seems cartoonish.

There's a good story here that's being held back by excessive, low quality smut although this aspect has improved in recent chapters (more plot, less smut). It's easy enough to just skim through the smut once it starts to get repetitive though and you won't miss much and eventually you'll be left with a decently interesting adventure story.

This story has potential to be so much better if the author could stop being so horny and actually progress the plot. Soo many chapters are just smut.

Besides the smut, there is actually a good story and worldbuilding here, especially now that the story has picked up a bit. It reminds me a bit of Fleabag (the RoyalRoad story about the monster dog, not the tv show) but also serves to fill the complete lack of stores with cavemen protagonists.

The first few chapters were pretty good, but once s*x gets involved with the story, it all goes downhill, there's more smut than actual story, which is a shame because the worldbuilding is nicely done and the concept of someone living through all ages is damn interesting, it's just that progression is too damn slow because there's s*x every f**king instant, and of course you can't get any scene without a reminder of "muh balls are too full, need to empty them into the 7/8 soulless c**dumps" I was genuinely hyped by the premise but everything said above made me drop this.

The story itself is good, interesting world, the tribal structure isn't done too often and the " primitive" magic system is very interesting.

But the SMUT... I know it's tagged but idk the author has no understanding of biology and went WAY over the top.

I agree with another review that it seems the author has never seen a d*ck or vagina and has no idea how s*x works either.

Without the SMUT  this could honestly be a published book. Author really shot himself in the foot here if you ask me.

(my 4 stars are basically for the story when skipping the excesive smut, with excessive smut it's definetly subpar, 2 or maybe 2.5 stars)
