It's quite good. Writing is not the best I've seen, but readable and the author provides ample explanation in various aspects for the reader through the narrator, however, as it is in typical cultivation stories, most information is delivered through the narrator about the surroundings or logic in this world. All in all I would recommend it giving a go. You should read a few chapters before deciding whether it is worth to read all the chapters or not.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the book. While the plot and characters may not be entirely original, the writing is still enjoyable and the character interactions are well done. In comparison to similar Chinese novels, this one definitely stands out.
One downside is that the story only follows the perspective of the main character, with no exploration of side characters. It's still early on in the book though, so I'm hoping that changes as the story progresses. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a read.
