This novel is good, arc 1 is amazing

    Spoiler

although I hate to the fact her mother is raped by those bandits and she died by giving birth to those bandits children

    [collapse]

Don't get me wrong I love this novel, but arc 2 is a total disaster

    Spoiler

her brother keep chasing after the bandit even after the MC warns him about it  which this makes him acting out of his character which is a logical and cool-headed person, it's like the author just throw his whole character building out of the windows in arc 1

    [collapse]

I read some comment saying that at some point the MC finally will accept herself as Mirabelle rather than William in arc 2, but nope so far until ch 140 she keeps pronounce herself as he and using William rather than Mirabelle

    Spoiler

from the comment section in ch 97

    [collapse]

Then they introduce new power called spirit whatever which is come out of nowhere despite the MC read the novel before he got reincarnated he doesn't know about it, it's getting more and more like those generic Chinese novels, and the author like forcefully makes the MC keep acting out of character in arc 2 for the sake for more chapters

    Spoiler

despite knowing it's a trap she's saving the boy from dinosaurs, and involve herself in a war between 2 clans, despite her actual "real" goal in arc 1 is to helping Harvick

    [collapse]

All in all this novel is amazing but if you ignore those character's development in arc 1 it makes this novel is a total disaster.

    Spoiler

she manages to make a bond with a cute dinosaur and that's the only good thing in arc 2

    [collapse]

I have spend a lot of time reading this story, and I haven't done much for it beside commenting and encouraging the author. With that said, I think it is time for me to leave a review for the story, and maybe share my thoughts about how it is developing.

I am not very adept with Grammar myself, but I can say that the read is not fraught with many grammar errors. The story is a fun and enjoyable slow burn of a read for me. The one thing I really like about this story is how realistic the characters are sometime. The characters developments are very noticeable from the first chapter to whatever is the current chapter. I like that the main character is struggling with their role in society, and is trying to change themselves so that they may rise above the rules. The story started out with not much to offer beside what you have read in the synopsis. However, over time it has proven to be an amazing read with a lot of good, sad, and humorous moments. Would I recommend this to someone?  The answer is, YES, and the reasons for this is that I see that it has great potentials and could be turn into a web-comic if it is supported enough. The story may be slow at the moment, but when the main character start getting some of those kick ass sword training and hone themselves it will start moving quicker. I am just waiting for the day when William/Mirabelle got some muscles and start wielding that sword with skill enough to be more than just whatever women are expected in the story. I like that the story isn't just all sun shine and rainbow, it has it's dark moments and happy one too. The characters are well develop in my opinion, they have their own style which make them stand apart. The story feel whole and can definitely let you feel like it is a world that can stand on its own and with its own system. I can say proudly that if this story continue with the way it is developing, I can see a pretty awesome adventure up ahead. If you have read this far, then I can say that the story is worth a read. It is fun and certainly a good way to pass your time when you just need a slowburn of a read that is well written.

This story is good. Full of tropes, but used well. Adding something like dinosaurs gives it a much needed spin on the genre. One thing that needs improvement is the grammar. It doesn't stop me from understanding the premise, but it definitely doesn't make it pretty. Would I recommend it? To a learning reader, no. But I'm reading it, and I am happy with it. Alas, even if the story is interesting, the pacing is INCREDIBLY SLOW. The story progressed 6 years, even though it feels like it has been 20. Mostly its that the main characters age stays around the same for very long (Between 0-1 for a 10 or so chapters, and she's like 8 now,) while everyone else ages much more rapidly. Thank you author!
