Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be transported to a fantasy world? I've asked myself that more than once. And at some point, the idea got so mature. I wanted to write about it. So join me on my adventure.
What can you expect from my story?
I am transported to an unknown world and wake up as Dungeon Core. There is a system, but no levels and no OP abilities. With the help of the system, you can learn skills and improve them with enough training — however, no freely distributable skill points. My special skills are my versatile learned skills and knowledge from our world. Additionally, I have some dungeon skills to get the whole thing running.
The main focus is the Kingdom Building and the interaction with new people. And realism, at least as far as it's possible in a fantasy world. Will I be able to create a kingdom from nothing? Or will my neighbours crush me mercilessly?

This is my first published story. So please have some mercy on me. I have experience in writing, but that was over 15 years ago. And the whole thing was in German and not in English. ;)
A rather interesting tale about the Dungeon Core which wakes in a fantasy world. Isekai, in one word.
The first developments seem a bit hasty, mostly because
the Dungeon gets its avatar pretty much immediately after waking up.
Other than that there the focus seems to be on developing the city with a DC as a backbone - an idea that was done before, but is interesting nonetheless. Other than that the world seems to be more high-fantasy with tropes like goblins, medieval cities, and gods. Ah, and also the MC is not of the murder-hobo kind.
A good start, so five stars are a must. Let's see how the story progresses.

A different take on the isekai genre and one that is extremely well thought out, it starts out pretty fast but only to kickstart the plot into the desired direction. Most dungeon stories involving the core as the MC typically follows a similar pattern, with the kickstart this goes it’s own way with a species revival. With the way the story follows a relatively realistic worldview (I.e. No OP sh*t) it’s a refreshing view of a fantasy world, the scenarios aren’t over the top so far and make interesting reading. All said and done this has shaped up to become a brilliant piece of work and I only hope that this doesn’t happen to become another casualty of war, too many novels find their ends unexpectedly so I hope that this one is going to resume in the next year.
